I feel completely misled and miss-sold my Preston pole.
I have saved up for over 2 years to buy my dream pole and after watching all of your ambassadors on youtube I finally purchased the X55. I have had the pole for just over 12 months and since buying it I have had it replaced through angling direct due to faulty sections, I had a section. 7 replaced because of a crack in the pole via angling direct but agreed by Preston as a gesture of good will and now today I have had my section 4 snap clean in two just by simply shipping out!!!!! along with my section 3 snapping in half..... also some of the sections are de-laming on the inside. considering I paid nearly 2k for this pole I would of expected the quality to be a little more. I cannot afford to replace this pole and now because this break today I can no longer go fishing until I can afford a new section. I try and look after my equipment and clean it after every session I do not just use and abuse it. sorry to write is here but I didn't know where else to complain. I just feel so let down by Preston and their products.

My wife bought me a Preston superior x95 16 m fishing pole on the 21st July 2025 for my 75th birthday. After using the pole for a couple of weeks number 5 section broke. I contacted the shop who liaison with Preston who supplied a new section. On the 8th October number 4 section broke while I was playing a fish. I contacted the shop who again contacted Preston’s but this time they said it was my fault and refused to replace it. Since the first section broke I have been really ultra careful when using it in my matches. I now feel unconfident to use this pole. I haven’t used the pole since the 8th October 2025. When paying for goods over £3,000 you would think you would have a better response from the company.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit bedrijf. Het bedrijf is enige tijd geleden overgenomen door een Nederlands bedrijf en sindsdien heb ik geen problemen meer ondervonden. Bestelling worden snel geleverd en vragen worden ook binnen 1 werkdag beantwoord.

Customer service are a waste of time
Had two Preston intensity reels since November
One is not working as should do
They say send it to a company to have it repaired and have to pay
I won’t be buying cheap rubbish from them ever again
£300 on two reels and can’t use one until I have paid to have it repaired

Super service, tolles Produkt

Ich bin leider enttäuscht von meiner Bestellung bei Prestonfishing. Die Ware war im Onlineshop als vorrätig angegeben, trotzdem dauerte die Lieferung ganze 16 Tage. Zudem war ein Teil der Bestellung dann doch nicht lieferbar – darüber wurde ich jedoch nicht proaktiv informiert. Erst auf meine Nachfrage hin bekam ich die Auskunft, dass der Artikel aktuell nicht verfügbar ist und voraussichtlich erst im August wieder kommt.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die schnelle Reaktion auf meine Nachfrage – die Kommunikation im Support war freundlich und zügig. Trotzdem überwiegt der negative Gesamteindruck: falsche Verfügbarkeitsanzeige, lange Lieferzeit und mangelnde Information.
Ich würde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

A megrenedléstől számitva 2 hét múlva kaptam meg a rendelést,amiből hiányzott 1 tétel!!!! Az álltalam irt email-ekre nem kaptam semmi választ!!!!!
Őszintén...jók a cuccaik de trehány a kiszolgálás!!!!

An der Kommunikation bei Verspätung und Lieferzeit sollte man arbeiten
