I visited the UK for the first time and found my holiday apartment through Prim Short Stays, I was extremely nervous but the 24/7 support team were always available and very helpful - everything for check-in was clearly laid out in their guest info pack and when we battled with one of the appliances causing electricity issues the team were responsive and able to resolve it in a very timely manner. My accom was quaint and exceptionally clean. Hats off to Prim - deffos recommending and will use again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to all the main attractions, yet in a peaceful area, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The amenities provided, such as the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding, really made me feel at home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Had an amazing stay at Adbolton House during my visit in Nottingham! Fab place, clean, and comfortable. Great staff, answered all of my queries promptly. The check-in process was smooth as well. Will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time staying in Nottingham. Everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the booking hassle-free.
The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend the property Blackstone Walk. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

My daughter booked an apartment through booking.com and paid £300 for 3 nights from tonight to Sunday -plus £200 deposit towards any damage that may be caused but when she sent them her I.D she was told that because she’s not 21 years of age she would not be able to go so she asked for a full refund and meanwhile booked somewhere else as she needed a place to stay from tonight but was told the money was not refundable but then in a later email after she’d already told them she’d booked somewhere else was told they might be able to speak to the management to see if they could do something!! I thought they said she had to be 21! I’m disgusted at the way my daughter has been treated and will be taking up with booking.com and consumer arbitration. They’re not even offering to refund the £200 damage deposit knowing they’re not even staying and can still let the property out!! Some people have no morals. My daughter is on minimum wage and works hard for her money and has lost a third of her wages. 🤬

I have recently stayed at a Prim Short Stay apartment and had a very undesirable experience. I booked 3 apartments which were adequate and good value for money however the real issue was the communication. I had a significant issue with the apartment being cancelled after I had checked in and after numerous calls and messages I was told I would need to repay if I wanted to stay (I had already paid through booking.com) after hours of back and forth I decided to risk not being kick out and went off to my event. I did speak to booking.com who advised 2 out of the 3 apartments had been subject to a small price increase (after I had made full payment) by the accommodation company and this is what the issue was. I found this very frustrating as they seemed to have no idea of this and worse tried to blame myself and booking.com for the problem. I have since had contact with the company to repay my small refund that had been sent back from booking.com when they cancelled the reservation. They have not once apologised for the mix up or put me in contact with the management team after multiple times of asking as I wanted to discuss the situation and more specifically a very rude conversation with one of the agents. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life.

Booked accommodation in Filey managed by this company. Said dog friendly, charges may apply.
Their main way of booking is advance non refundable payment. After a lot of searching and a phone call later found that they charge £150 extra for the dog! Never paid more than £10-£15 anywhere else. They can change what they want but should be clearly visable at booking. Booked via booking.com and hard to find who actually owns/manages the property. But be warned, may have more hidden charges. Luckily we were able to cancel the booking and will avoid any property managed by this company.

I visited Nottingham and stayed at one of the prim stay locations. The service was great from start to finish. Everything was seamless. Would definitely recommend using them all round.

My apartment was in a fantastic spot. Saved me a ton of time on my commute each morning. The flat itself was modern and had a private work space where I could catch up on email with a cracking view. They even sorted out a late check-out for me last minute upon request, which was a lifesaver. Couldn't have asked for a more efficient and comfortable business stay!

The accommodation I booked (not through this company) fell through at the last minute and Prim Short Stays saved the day for my Sheffield trip! So many cute cafes, shops, and bars to check out. It felt super safe too, even walking around at night. The flat itself was really cosy and had everything I needed. Huge thumbs up!

Stopped for work in an apartment in the city centre of Nottingham and really impressed. Check in was easy as all done online and via keybox code. Just what I needed, well equipped and when I had an issue using the heating, someone replied immediately to my message. Would book again for sure! Thanks again

Booked an apartment via booking.com paid up in full at the time of booking. 3 hours before check-in received an email asking for a further £200 breakage deposit! I made contact to complain that this was unacceptable, given I had paid in full. I then mentioned the fact that there was a no pets message, I had booked this particular property as it was listed as pet friendly. This deposit then turned to £250! This company are absolute scammers and I would never stay at a property managed by them again. I paid the deposit as requested, after some discussions and failed promises by this company about the amount to be paid, and I am still waiting for a management call back. We arrived at the property and had received no instructions regarding check in from them, I had to agree to the house rules of no parties, we had a 7 month old baby with us! At no point during the numerous conversations during the day of check in did they ask for verbal confirmation of agreement to house rules. When we eventually gained access, the apartment was disappointing, the bathroom had mold on the tiles, and the cleanliness was rather lacking. Conclusion - DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE MANAGED by these jokers. - Also I am still awaiting the £200 back from this deposit 3 days after check out! : Update - I have received notification of release of full deposit back to my account which is totally unexpected as I was half expecting them to have found numerous issues!

As well as being a fantastic operator and management company within the Serviced Accommodation space, the biggest asset to anyone working for, with or staying with Prim is the team behind the scenes, who go above and beyond for partners, guests and anyone who stays or works with Prim.
Anyone who is staying in Nottingham, or looking to do SA in the area, I would strongly advise you get in touch with Prim Short Stays.

Stayed in an apartment in Lake District - IronWorks 34. 2 hours before arrival was contacted via Booking.com to advise that we needed to pay £10/night to park, nothing mentioned prior to booking and on checking later website has in small print only £5. Finding the key location was only possible via 2 phone calls as the instructions were totally inaccurate.
On arrival a number of damage were observed, decided to take pictures and send due to the large deposit required(see some of the 20 that we found - oh and watch out for the extractor fan above stove it drops down into your food). Surprise, surprise a day after leaving we were informed the fridge shelf was damaged and £70 was removed from deposit. Many emails backwards and forwards and sent a picture dated 5 days before our arrival proving it was not broken(pictures attached - you decide!). After finally raising an issue with Booking.com(who did nothing) and my bank I have been presented with invoice - £30 for a shelf and £45 to fit - total rip off.
So if you intend to stay here take a picture of every little scratch, bump, etc as proof and email straight away! You have been warned.
Interestingly I have been sent an email in error for some other poor person who has been charged for cleaning - so its pretty clear this is something they do. NOTE - This apartment is managed by PrimStays(read the reviews elsewhere).
Sadly this has clouded our view of what is a very nice apartment in a very nice location - definitely won't be staying again...EVER!
Really impressed with the management of our properties.
Primshortstays have always overdelivered in occupancy, rates and income.
And the best is that your properties are always being well cared for.

Stayed with Prim Short Stays in Nottingham, and had an issue with a kitchen appliance and I couldn’t fault the team for the service they provided. We had a brand new oven within a couple of hours and also they paid for a take away for the night too.
Would happily book with them again
