Have been trying to phone everyday for 2 weeks to cancel my insurance and on hold for more than 1 hour each day, I get so depressed listening to a message "we are experiencing high call volumes and estimated wait time is more than 10mins" cant even cancel by email, shockingly poor!!

Very difficult to get any response from either calling or emailing, I called customer service again no joy, tried both to stop auto renewal, I did get an acknowledgement of my email 5 days before the payment was due, the payment was still taken.
So I then had to call the no customer service again, eventually;;y someone answered, I explained what had happened after speaking with a moderately helpful rep, although I think he may have been off the day they were on customer service training, I would not use these again as stopping auto renewal has been difficult.
I wonder what it would have been like with a claim?

Insured zzr1400 with principal insurance via online , easy to arrange ,pay and send info as required. Great service start to finish, recommended.

Everything is great. But the phonelime wait time is beyond bareable. 20 mins plus every time before u even speak to somone.
They dont respond to any emails either.

Great price for the cover. Only rayes 4 stars and not 5 as I find their online portal/website difficult to navigate, and I am fairly tech savvy. Sending a pdf on an email is no help as the link within can't be click as it was not an embedded link. Little things like that make it difficult to send required documents.

I needed to change something on my policy, I rang three times, holding on for up to an hour each time, emailed four times and received no response. Absolutely rubbish, hope I'm still covered ...it's not my fault nobody is there to answer calls or emails

Appalling customer service, nobody answers telephone and no virtual assistant available. Needed to switch vehicles on a policy, sat at a dealership listening to a recorded message telling me how much they value their customers for over an hour. In the end I phoned another company and took out a new policy so I could drive away. Not Happy. 😡

Terrible experience. They never answer the phone, would seriously avoid this insurance company. I’m still trying to cancel my insurance with no luck. They ignore emails and phone calls it seems. Completely unacceptable.

The lady was very kind and helpful. My English isn’t very good but she tried to understand and explain to me everything. Thank you so much

Absolutely no way to get through to the company on the phone. I have spent 2 hours today trying to cancel my insurance, my vehicle purchasers turned up in the time I was waiting to speak to an agent and were waiting at my property. I finally got through to someone and they disconnected the call. AVOID. Customer service is disgraceful.

Person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. All in all it was an easy, straightforward process to make changes to my policy

I had an issue with my insurance (my error) and only discovered it last minute on Saturday as i was about to set off. Called customer service in a panic and spoke to someone called Liz. She was so helpful and did everything to sort it out for me, she was efficient, pleasant and effective!! It was very refreshing to talk to an actual human and not some automation and not only did she rectify my mistakes, she turned a bad start to the day into a great start to the day! Faultless customer service

Fantastic purchasing process, web site works well, Team at hand on the phone as and when you need, has been a no hassle insurance purchase.

Opened a policy. A day later I realise a claim had gone through on my previous insurance so my NCB was incorrect. Tried numerous ways to get in touch with these people with absolutely no luck for a week. So I decided to cancel as my insurance policy would be invalid. They are now asking me for £53! Oh and they are suddenly extremely quick to reply. 100% scamming people.

I had taken out this insurance for a motorhome 4 weeks in they sent me an email looking all documents within 7 days or my insurance would be cancelled, all was sent within 3 days, a day before we where to go camping with our 8 year old son, this company cancelled my insurance with no explanation and no refund to date......customer service is so difficult to get through, they dont even answer emails .....terrible experience

Charged an admin fee to correct a mistake I identified in their own paperwork well within a reasonable time of receiving it and within the 14 days cooling off. Not overly impressed and won’t be insuring with them again.

Just took out motorhome insurance,filled out the forms on the portal,waiting on reply or some kind of acknowledgment but nothing,calling customer services and on hold for an hour thus far,said I will be over 10
Mins,then 3 mins and now back to 10 mins

They don't answer the customer service line, they do the "sales line" Which is convienent.
But they can't help existing policy holders!

Customer service after sales is utter garbage. Waiting on phone FOREVER. My advice, insure elsewhere.
