I have used Print.Inc several times to produce merchandise for resale. The quality is always fabulous, and Nisha is willing to pull out all the stops to fulfil the order in time. Highly recommend their customer service and products.

Very pleased with the handling of my order for some badges / buttons. (They're offered under "merchandise") They've done jobs for me in the past and "worked with me" when I wasn't very good at creating the artwork. It ISN'T HARD to DO YOUR BIT there, and put your artwork in one of their templates. (The free program GIMP has all the tools you need.)

Badges were produced quickly. The quality was good. There were no surprises.

Helpful friendly and prompt. Just what we needed in getting 100 high quality mugs printed on time for a community event. It was also important to us that they were printed in the UK rather than having to be shipped from overseas.

I worked mostly with Luke, and he got everything sorted very easily. The quality of the goods was fantastic, and he checked in before shipping when he thought there was an error (which there was), saving my day as these were for an event.

Will definitely use them again, especially if I can work directly with Luke again. He made a very stressful event (issue with my printing company, not them) bearable. It was such a relief to have him handling his side of things very promptly, professionally, and communicate any issues as they arose. Fantastic service.

I organise a not-for-profit music festival aimed at people with learning disabilities called Apulstock. It is an annual event that started in 2011, and we have had t-shirts produced every year since 2012. This means that over the past 13 years, I have worked with a wide variety of custom print companies, using both DTF and screen-printing methods.

I first used Print.inc in 2024 for a run of 100 t-shirts featuring a single-colour logo design, having been recommended by a friend. When my first order arrived, I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the t-shirts. So, when it came to producing the Apulstock ‘25 t-shirts, I felt confident pushing for a more ambitious 8-colour screen print and a larger quantity of garments.

Once again, I am extremely happy with the t-shirts that Print.inc has created. But more than this, I would say that the overall experience has been fantastic. Print.inc truly excels in how they work with customers, going above and beyond expectations. Their approach is integrated, customer-focused, and driven by quality.

This year, the process started in January with Luke, who helped me understand my design options in relation to the number of screens, economies of scale, and production timelines. He helped me maximise my budget and presented various options without any sales pressure—something rare when placing an order of this size. Luke also took the time to understand what our event is about, ensuring we received the best possible value on the order. He recognised how much the festival means to the disabled people who attend and genuinely worked hard to provide the highest-quality product within our budget.

The positive experience only continued as I moved into the design phase. Luke introduced me to Lily, who explained the different production options and challenges that come with a print run of this size.

Lily helped me accurately identify the ink colours for the logo design and provided me with incredibly valuable insights into the process. She also shared practical printing tricks, such as omitting the white screen on white t-shirts and dropping the black screen on black t-shirts for better results. Additionally, she introduced me to Print.inc’s Pantone colour-matching service, which was a huge help when I struggled to find the perfect shade of blue. Rather than just printing my design as it was, Lily worked with me to achieve outstanding results, and the final shirts as if they might have been mass-produced—they are absolutely stunning.

When the order arrived, I checked through the t-shirts with a smile. Everything was exactly as specified—no missing items, no errors, just exceptional quality across the entire batch.

When you are passionate about what you do, it helps to have people behind you that share that passion and want to see you succeed. I feel that Print.inc have that rare quality of being exceptional at both customer service and design, and this year I truly came to appreciate why they were recommended to me. I am looking forward to working with Lily and Luke again for next year’s t-shirts, and on the off chance that they are reading this, I would like to say a big thank you on behalf of everyone that goes to Apulstock.

Ordered some posters and stickers, the comms were terrific, sending proofs and letting me adjust things. Lastly the quid the posters is superb far better then some competitors who I ordered with before and print inc were cheaper 10/10
