Used Print.inc after seeing my colleagues business cards from them. I experienced fast delivery, website was easy and simple to use. Professional finish to the product, very happy with the quality and even happier with the value for money. Would highly recommend.
Placed an order several days ago and, thankfully, printed off the confirmation as had no communication until the order dispatch note - will update on product in due course.
*Update* ... Wow. The posters arrived and they are fantastic quality! From being concerned that I had been scammed, to being absolutely delighted with the product.
Just ordered 10 x A3 art prints with gold foil blocking and I have to say they look amazing! The quality of the colour printing is superb and the gold is faultless and works really well. The team were incredibly helpful when I needed to ask questions regarding the artwork. I will definitely be ordering more art prints from them and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Nisha is just the BEST person to work with. I come to her with all my printing needs and no request is ever too much or too weird for her. She makes things happen! Been almost 3 years and wouldn't use anyone else, 10/10
I have given these guys more chances than they deserve and every time I just end up more and more disappointed, questioning my own stupidity at giving them yet another shot. This time, I even tried going direct with a custom order rather than through their website, confirmed the deadline etc before agreeing to the project and payment.
After a miscommunication between departments over the proofs which almost delayed the order by a day, thankfully my greetings cards arrived on the deadline - a Friday morning.... With the wrong envelopes.
I emailed them immediately to try and get the correct envelopes on their way to me before the end of the week and they did not do anything to resolve it. They even had the gall to tell me they didn't have the stock so they thought I would prefer the other envelopes... Why would you agree to the deadline if you did not have the stock to actually complete the order? I questioned this via email and received no further response.
I still had no response by mid Monday so I went through their online chat. I made sure to confirm the correct size and colour of envelope, and was told these would be on their way to arrive the next working day, which they didn't. I didn't recieve them till Wednesday and when I did (you guessed it) I'd been sent the wrong envelopes again. This time, right colour, wrong size.
Yet again I emailed and had no response within a few hours, impatient I know but I'm already a week past the agreed upon deadline at this point! so I tried the online chat again, where I was told they were waiting stock of the correct envelopes, that would arrive with them on Friday..
Well here I sit on the Monday after, typing this review, after emailing TWICE to try and get a confirmation that the correct envelopes were being sent, they have not responded and have not sent out the correct envelopes.
I guess that means the next uphill battle will be trying to get a refund, because even if they send out the correct envelopes today (Monday), they will have missed the deadline by more than a week.
I'll be back to update you in 6 months, because I expect thats how long it'll take for these guys to do the bare minimum at this point 🤦🏻♀️

Dealt with Luke Guy at Print.inc - he helped me get the best deal possible on some mugs and then got the whole transaction turned around in record time. The mugs have arrived and they are superb...recommended
Print Inc started off really good. Fantastic in fact. Products arrived in perfect condition and if they didn't they were quick to resolve. Customer service was great too and seeing the change from how Awesome Merchandise went (previously were known as this) it was great to see such a massive improvement.
Over the last year I have used them a lot and there's been a few tiny issues here and there but I didn't think much of it, just production issues or something had been missed, but once again quickly resolved. But then prints started to arrive and they were cut wrong and then replacements were the wrong size, then I was receiving my order with things missing and then delays and more delays, then there has been website issues where i've tried to upload artwork and it's not uploaded, so i've reached out to someone on live chat and uploaded via dropbox.
Then i'm uploading my artwork assuming it's gone through fine and the website has been changed due to the last upload issue, only for a week to pass by where i'm told it's missing (even though it was uploaded as the other product had it's artwork and was already in production) and needs to be uploaded, further delaying what i've ordered and then after speaking to someone on live chat on the same day (Friday) i'm told if I upload it that day, they'll make sure they ship Monday and arrive Tuesday... 11 days after placing the order... but guess what.. it's Tuesday and as expected, nothing arrived.
The signs are clearly there that Print Inc is going the same way as Awesome Merchandise. Do not order if you expect something to arrive by a particular date, the dates they give to show when it will ship are wrong, they never ship when they say they will and expect your order to be missing, damaged, printed wrong or just not arrive at all.
I really wanted to continue working with Print Inc for as long as possible, but the great prices for bulk products no longer outweighs the issues you have to deal with with every single order. I would have been happy to wait a little longer for things if things were guaranteed and no issues were present when the order arrived, but unfortunately it's just one big circle of issues and speaking to someone on live chat or email over and over and over again to get the issue resolved and slowly turning into a constantly frustrated customer are just not worth it. I would rather pay more for good, on time products than expect to speak to customer service as soon as my order arrives or as soon as the deadline passes. It's not worth it.
Sadly I would suggest avoiding Print Inc.
I’ve used Print.inc twice now, the first was a positive experience and I was happy with the quality so ordered some comics. These comics had an estimated dispatch date of December 6th, as I needed these for an event I was travelling to on the 6th, selling at on the 7th, I asked if it would be possible for them to dispatch on the 5th - one day earlier. I was assured this would be no problem and any delay would be due to delivery issues. This was not the case. On December 4th at 5.23pm I received the proof which I approved an hour later. On December 5th, the date I needed them delivered on, production was started. After following up on my order, it was dispatched December 12th, delivered on the 13th (as I paid £7 for fast delivery…). They arrived a week late, poorly packed with pages that were fine in the proof cut off, cutting off the edges of the artwork.
Unfortunately I would only use this company again if they dispatch on time and if they fix the “download artwork template” buttons on the website as I would love to be able to set up my own files as even when using their desired page dimensions, it’s not quite right but some of the buttons just link back to the product page.
My first time coming to one of these businesses for my background check and Brittany kept a smile and talked me through the whole process and got me in and out in seconds loved the experience she gave to me and I hope she receives a raise for her hospitality.
I’ve used Print Inc several times. They started off great however they are going downhill. The last 2 times I’ve ordered there’s been problems and I’ve had to contact customer service to be met with “we’ll look into it” and I’ve had to constantly chase them up about a resolution. It’s 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting to receive a refund.. Granted their products are cheaper than other printers however it’s a long wait to receive products and if you have problems about an order you’ll probably have to wait a month to get a resolution. Buy at your own discretion!

I want to thank Printinc for the great work on my new Real Touch Massage polo shirts. The ones I have been using previously leave awful white scuff marks on the material with just the lightest of touches.
Carolyn found me a lovely, light, strong and cool to the touch material that doesn't mark easily.
My logo was embroidered beautifully, the material feels very comfortable to wear and I am extremely pleased with the results.
I can now wear a uniform that looks thoroughly professional at all times and it's all due to Printinc, whom I can very heartily recommend for their excellent work.

I want to add to my first review the names of some of the great support staff who helped me get my fundraiser calendar project complete. Luke Guy was especially helpful and answered all my emails cheerfully and promptly. Lewis, George and Andy also pitched in to help. Great group of people who never let me down.
