The pictures came back very good quality as well as being on good quality paper. Very good product for the price although the first print in the package has some white bits on it but I can’t complain as it only cost less than a pound to order another 5 on top of the amount I was planning to get

Print Inc stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. They ensured that my prints were to the quality that I wanted, and sent me digital copies of how they would look once they’ve been printed. Original Review: They have missed the delivery deadline for a couple of orders I've made in the past and at present, seemingly every time caused by poor communication. Communication regarding the current order that was meant to have arrived yesterday is poor to non existent, as nobody from Print Inc is answering my emails about how to approve proofs or why delivery deadline has been missed - just repeatedly asking me to approve proofs that I've requested more info on. Fine if you don't need the products for a deadline. Such a shame as the merch quality is reasonable and I was much happier buying from a UK based company. 2 stars for merch quality, -3 for poor communication, time management and ease of service.

Why try any other print company these are the best you're gonna get.. Highly recommended superb customer service and super fast delivery.

I've used this company a few times now. I've had no problems whilst using them. When using the chat they responded almost immediately and suggested postponing my order, at no extra cost. The flyers were sent quickly and are of good quality. They've also emailed me about to confirm some changes that needed to be made before going ahead with the order.

I will be using them again soon!

I ordered around 30 t-shirts and 100 notebooks from print.inc. Having had a few negative experiences with other online print stores, I was a little nervous upon entering into this transaction.

However, they were far better than anyone else I've tried. They were constantly available by phone, email etc to answer questions and help me out. Even through a shipping delay, they ensured that I received my items at 10:30am the day before the event which demonstrated a high level of dedication to my customer satisfaction.

The quality of the items is also brilliant. They made my designs come to life and in such a professional way.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

George has been a huge help and very professional- has been my point of contact when I have needed help with art work and orders. Customer service is excellent. I couldn't place my order and they noticed I was stuck and helped me through call and email. Really appreciated the help.

Not a serious business. Awful wait times for responses and continually making excuses (often fabricated) for delays. I will never work with them again and strongly encourage others to avoid them as well. In 18 years of business, this is the single worst company I have ever worked with.
