Recently ordered both bookmarks and greeting cards from Print Inc. Super happy with both orders, the print quality, card quality and colours. As an artist I'm very picky with print companies, have dealt with different ones for years and can spot even minor blemishes and marks on items - and when care has not been taken. But they honestly did an amazing job on both orders. And both were beautifully packed too, and arrived when expected! Great communication too and they always reply when I've emailed or had questions. 5 Star!
Really pleased with my stickers and the communication I received about delivery etc. Can't find any good paper stickers elsewhere so I'm chuffed they're still available!
I have used Print.inc several times. At first they were great but recently I've had a few bad experiences.
Most recently, we had a particularly bad experience where they promised to meet a tight deadline of ours. They missed the deadline, and multiple times promised to have the products with us sooner. In the end we didn't receive everything until 2.5 weeks after the deadline.
This caused us huge problems with our customer. We resolved it with them by quickly offering a partial refund and some credit on their next order. That's how you do business...
Print.inc on the otherhand mentioned they would give us some kind of refund. We were placed on some list, but some manager has to get in touch with us before than can happen. I've chased a few times but after 2-3 weeks I have no faith that we're going to get anything back from this.
If you do a bit more research into the company and their subsidiary Awersome Merchandise - you will realise they have many terrible reviews. There are plenty of adequate printers out there that pride themselves on their service, so I would recommend you go and find one of them!
First and last order with this company!
After seeing an advertisement on instagram with a voucher code I decided to give them a go. I had a browse of the website and found a product I had been looking to outsource for my small business. Beneath this listing it states “Order within in 20hrs for guaranteed delivery by 27th September” Which I thought was great considering I needed this before Oct 3rd! I placed the order straight away (this was Sep 22nd) and was sent a link via Dropbox to send over my artwork which I did promptly. I never heard anything after this so I assumed my artwork had been received and was in production. A few days later, still nothing so I used their online chat. I was assured by this person that everything was fine, my order was being made and would be shipped with Royal Mail 24 & delivered on the date promised. Again, 27th rolls around and nothing. I am then informed that they didn’t receive part of my artwork despite using Dropbox and emailing them over! A poor excuse which I’m told will cause a slight delay but was again reassured they would get the order to me asap. It is now Oct 1st and I am still without my order or any update! 😡 I have emailed twice with no response. This is now causing an issue for my business as I am without this product and don’t have the time to source it elsewhere! This is beyond disappointing and an awful way to conduct business, especially with first time customers. I will not be using them again and recommend to anyone to find an alternative too. Disgraceful
Printed my invite design in a completely different colour, and have been waiting 3 day for a resolution. Not getting any answers & have had to get these reprinted through Printed.com instead, who have turned out to be amazing.
I did a lot of research for printed tea towels and was so pleased to find Print.Inc.
Their pricing was very competitive and customer service great.
I sometimes print my own designs but, in a very busy life, these guys came up trumps.
Anyway, I will certainly use them again.

I had a very tight turn around and was about to give up when I found Print Inc. Even though the website said that the earliest delivery possible was Friday (and I needed the materials by Tuesday), I reached out via the chat and they were able to get the printing done and delivered by Tuesday. The tote bags look great, and while a bit thinner than we had hopped, we are very happy with them.

I first contacted the company on 3rd July, providing a detailed description of the items I wanted to purchase, along with stock images illustrating exactly what I was looking for, and the budget I had in mind. I received a prompt response which gave me confidence that I was working with a great company, approving the design and the purchase. Once I had paid, I was then directed to the design team, who assured me that the items would be ready by the end of July at the latest. This was ideal, as our wellbeing charity's summer project was due to start at that time.
However, after receiving an confirmation of the design team's details a few weeks later, it became clear that none of the information matched what I had initially communicated. Despite having explained my requirements several times (emails to prove this), I had to clarify everything again for yet another time. The team then claimed I had not communicated these requests, stating that I would need to pay extra for embroidery instead of print, and to add information to the back of the garments.
I reviewed my emails and found that I had indeed specified these details at least three times before they sent the invoice and proceeded with printing. I emphasised that this was their mistake and asked them to correct it. They refused, saying they would not make the changes unless I paid the additional costs as this would be a loss for them.
After a lengthy process of attempting to cancel the order and request a refund, I was constantly pressured to reconsider. My requests to speak with a manager were ignored until I finally received the manager's contact details and communicated with him. Although in the beginning I felt I was being listened and apologised to, I’ve now been waiting for a month and a few days for a refund. It is now September with no money refunded—for over £500, which is critical for our charity to purchase new garments from another company. This entire situation has forced us to delay our project.
I can't express enough the disappointment, frustration, and anger I’ve felt throughout this experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They have shown no reliability and their delays in issuing a refund have only reinforced this lack of trust. I had hoped to avoid leaving a negative review, as to give them a chance to resolve the issue, but after three months, I feel it’s only fair to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before working with this company.
When I was stuck on orders going wrong, they helped me with it calmly and explained clearly what was going on the phone. It worked out great and also the art prints came out lovely.

I’ve placed my order over a month ago and I didn’t receive it. I’ve tried several times to follow up with no response. I’ve asked for a refund and also no response. The phone line seems to be down as well so I can’t even call them. Very disappointed.

Excellent service. I was struggling to choose a new badge printer and decided to try this one. After making a (relatively small) order I received a call from a very kind employee to check if there was anything they could help with. Indeed I needed help with meeting a tight deadline, and they were brilliant offering to make sure that my order arrives in time. I received my badges - which look great - well in advance and they were packed very safely in an eco-friendly envelope. I am so pleased and will certainly use Print.INC again for bigger orders. I really recommend them!
I had an awful experience with Print Inc. When placing my order I was told there was a 5 day turnaround. As soon as the invoice was paid Print Inc stopped replying to any of my emails and phone calls and didn't respond for 6 days.
When they did reply, they told me that the order hadn't yet gone into production. The order eventually arrived two weeks late, but we were we sent 1000 stickers instead of the 10,000 we paid for. We're still waiting for the rest of our order.
