We are a growing family business, based in the tranquil, picturesque city of Ely in Cambridgeshire, UK. We sell a wide range of craft supplies aimed at card makers and the wider craft market, exclusively through our website. Why are we called Printable Heaven? When we started in 2008, we originally sold card-making printables, or downloads. Since then, we've added thousands more craft products including stencils, fabrics, decoupage, paints and beyond. All of our products are stocked in and dispatched from our Ely offices. Whatever the occasion, season or project, Printable Heaven has something for you.

I love to use this company for my craft supplies when I can. The prices are pretty unbeatable, the range of products and stock levels are great. The deliveries are obviously carefully packaged, and sent out promptly. I never hesitate to recommend them.

This is my second order from Printable Heaven and I am as delighted with this one as I was with my previous order.
There is a huge selection of really affordable items on this site and you can keep on adding goodies into your basket to your hearts content! My basket this time had over 25 items in it - it really was exciting to receive it in such a short time and it was beautifully boxed too!
I can highly recommend Printable Heaven for excellent service, quality items and their £1 shops is just wonderful! So much to choose from!

Really disappointing company
Really disappointing company. Unresponsive. Does NOT have a phone number. Seems to assume customers are “robots!”
Unable to speak directly to check specifications. Sleeves ordered 2nd June consequently were not the size needed. Not able to phone to re-order more suitable sleeves. So have gone elsewhere and received excellent customer service from an alternative supplier. Nothing to add this says it all.
