Tech Udyam Solutions Private Limited Opiniones

Their paper quality is good, binding especially wiro and comb binding is good. Shipping is also DTDC and packing was good. Their website is bit hard to use but otherwise everything is great.

Printster is a very irresponsible company. Today they have sent me a wrong book (this is different from what i have ordered). They almost always miss pages of your book printing. I have printed 6-7 books in last 6 months. I am tired by telling them to correct these type of mistakes. But they are totally irresponsible. I have also send whatsapp messages to them about these mistakes. But they did not reply.

The overall quality of printing is good but it is a bit expensive. When you give them a book to print they divide it into different for better binding which is understandable but not everyone is happy with this. They need to look into this.

This company has really bad delivery. They take premium delivery charges from us and ship via cheaper one. I had ordered from here, and paid huge delivery charges and they ship via bad courier service. Courier has not made any delivery attempt, after contacting printster helpline they talk to us rudely and can't help. After many days, parcel returned to origin. After such things they can't help and refuse to refund. They are really fake. Please save your money.

I have given Printster.in a rating of 3 stars because their printing quality is excellent and they adhere to their delivery schedules. However, I deducted two stars due to their discourteous and unhelpful customer service.

I needed to print a 67-page book, with 8 pages in color and the remaining 59 pages in black and white. Unfortunately, their website's "Print Calculator" doesn't offer an option for printing "Some pages in Colour." It forces you to choose between Black & White or Colour Printing. With the black & white rate at Rs 0.85 per page and the color rate at Rs 3.93 per page—almost 5 times higher—opting for color printing would cost around Rs 263, while black & white printing would cost about Rs 57, though it would render the color pages in black & white. If I select the color printing option, I end up paying the color rate for all 67 pages, resulting in an unnecessary expense of Rs 182 for me and an unfair gain for them.

When I contacted their customer service, the response was, "We don't have that option available. You can select black and white or colored at a time." This policy effectively charges customers color printing rates for black & white pages. Providing an option to print some pages in color and others in black & white shouldn't be difficult, especially since many documents include a few color images with the rest being text.

As a result, customers are forced to overpay. If I find a more customer-friendly printing service, I will not hesitate to discontinue my long-standing relationship with Printster.in.

UPDATE

I have received an email message from this business subsequently where it is explained that different machines are used for colour and black & white printing and that is the reason why they cannot print some pages on the colour machine and the rest in the black & white machine. Apparently the printing is automated and performed as a single operation. Also clearly the subsequent explanatory mail I received has been written by a person different from the one who wrote to me earlier. If the issue had been explained to me properly in the first exchange of mails, instead of the curt negative reply I received my review would have been somewhat different. Therefore I maintain that their customer service requires significant upgradation but to set the record straight I am adding this update.

I'm truly impressed with the printing quality and binding craftsmanship. I placed an order for printing 11 books with a total of 1600 pages and received the delivery within a week. The finishing touches are excellent. You've earned my business, and I'll be sure to recommend Printster to all my friends. Great job, Printster team!

Terrible print quality. The printers did a job worse than printed at any corner shop in any city which is done using refilled printer cartridges and poorly trained operators.
The printed document also had the printer guidelines printed, instead of just using them to center the print.

These guys have really unreliable delivery partner. They don't deliver books on time. Asking help printster is useless. They dont help you either.

One of the best website to print your pdfs or ppts. They offer the lowest prices for printing too and multiple courier services to deliver to product. Overall if I have to print anything again the first thing I'll consider is printster
