I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the level of customer service I have received from Printster.
I ordered a personalised mug as a Christmas gift, but when it arrived, the printed photos were so blurry that the children in the pictures were completely unrecognisable. The end product was not suitable to give as a gift.
I have been dealing with Niki for several weeks in an attempt to resolve the issue. Initially, I was told that this is simply what happens when photos are printed onto a mug. When I pointed out that no warning or indication of this was given during the upload or ordering process, I was then told that the original photos were blurry. I can confidently say this was not the case, as the images submitted were clear and of good quality.
I was first informed that a replacement would not be provided. After numerous emails back and forth, I requested a refund, only to be told that I would have to pay the return postage myself. This is completely unacceptable when the product is unusable due to poor print quality and through no fault of my own.
The whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and disappointing. I would not recommend Printster based on the poor quality of the item, the inconsistent explanations provided, and the lack of satisfactory customer service when trying to resolve a genuine complaint.

A complete disaster from start to finish.
I ordered a large A0 poster and the tube arrived bent, completely ruining the poster inside. Not sure if problem was during shipping or delivery but whoever packaged the order tried to fit the tube in a plastic bag that was clearly too small, so they had the brilliant idea to bend the tube!
I spoke to their customer support and they said they would send me another one for free, however I needed to pay for next day delivery so I could get the poster in time for a work event on Thursday. They charged me the delivery even though I think they should've paid for it, but at this point I was too tired to argue for £5. Well, it is Saturday now and my "next day delivery" which was supposed to be on Wednesday hasn't even arrived yet hahahaha

I ordered a mug as a gift, the quality is great and it came with 2 days. Perfect.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying! I’m sure that the personalised face masks i ordered for my friends birthday were ok, however I didn’t receive them until after the event. Nicki in ‘Customer services’ is awful. Offered no solutions and lied about when it had been picked up by Amazon then told me they can’t contact them.

I’m sure there are much better companies out there

So first order- cards looked awful- borders cut off. When I got in touch they said it was my fault as I had not read the specific instructions about leaving gaps.

I gave them a second chance and ordered again. I measured the border areas and yet still half of my cards have the top border cut off.

I got in touch again and this time have been ignored.

I just don’t see how you can print an awful quality product, and think that’s ok to send out to someone.

Really disappointed. When I unwrapped the personalised photo mug I’d ordered, one of the photos had been cropped and had cut off one of the people on it. I asked for a replacement and, to cut a very long story short, they said it was my own fault because the photo was rectangular rather than square. So no replacement and no refund.

Very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered a personalised mug and the photo I uploaded was complete, with the full picture and wording clearly visible. However, when the mug arrived, part of the photo and wording had been cut off.

I contacted the company expecting them to put this right, but they have refused to offer a replacement or refund, saying it was not a production error because the print file was submitted as it was.

I don’t think that is acceptable. The finished mug is not what I expected from the complete image I uploaded, and I would not have placed the order if I had been shown that the picture would be cropped.

Very disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would expect a company selling personalised products to make sure the finished item matches what the customer has submitted.
I asked management to look into this further, but unfortunately they have refused to accept any responsibility for what happened. The messages I received were from Rob Crump, their Marketing Director.

I will not be using Printster for any future orders and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I simply want to warn others so they don’t have the same experience I did. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Made an order for personalised wrapping paper. Paid for express delivery and I still haven’t received it. Bought on the 26th August. Tracking just says label created.. not helpful! Tried to contact customer service but have had no reply. Terrible service!

My order was for personalised wrapping paper for a birthday. Product itself was as expected - no issue with quality. Issue was that I paid £6.99 for priority shipping and the wrapping paper arrived late. Prinster have politely but firmly told me it's outside of their control so I have to just lump it. The fact that I received a message from the carrier apologising for delivering a day late carries no weight with Prinster.

Very poor customer service, long delay on 'next day' delivery, denied Amazon had returned card to them although I had notification that this was happening. Refused refund even though card 9 days late. Would not recommend this company at all

Horrendous quality. I ordered 30 masks. all of them were of different individuals and all prepared and cut to fit in advance. When received they were all cut differently 15 of them were torn, 6 of them had tears over the faces. Some faces were huge and others tiny. The cutting was insane. Customer Service was calculated and opaque. Deny deny deny. They'll do anything to hold onto your money.

I ordered a personalised mug with 8 photos on it as a present for a friend. The quality is excellent and I know my friend will love it. The mugs are always very well boxed up as well so they are delivered safely and in one piece. Will definitely use Printster again.

The quality of the mugs, the photo print on it and inscriptions were first class. They made great gifts at an affordable price. easy ordering process and quick delivery. I will definately be using them again.

If Id read the reviews before I ordered then I wouldn't have ordered. The product arrived safely within 2 days and was exactly what I wanted. Good quality and price. I would use Printster again.

Absolutely love the job Prinster did - very fair price, easy to use and would definitely order from you again. In fact, loads of friends want this t-shirt so may well do soon. Thank you!
