Cannot recommend them enough. Needed a second survey last minute before exchange of contracts, Charles and Tania were fantastic - they were able to fit us in and provided an excellent, high quality service - providing clear and comprehensive advice, and going above and beyond in terms of follow up queries and ongoing support. I will definitely be using them again when we next move.

I have used Charles and his team on two separate occasions for RICS level 2 & 3 home surveys. Both occasions have been nothing short of a great service. Charles is prompt in his replies and in some instances when a telephone call has been more appropriate he’s not hesitated to pick up the phone and explain anything in the reports or the overall survey process. Both surveys were undertaken by two different qualified surveyors whom both contacted me directly after the surveys were undertaken to give a high level summary and outline any initial cause for concerns. When the reports were received the following week, I found these easy to follow and any follow up questions I had were answered thoroughly. I would highly recommend using PRMG Surveyors for a home survey.

Charles and Tania at PRMG were very helpful, made the process of surveys which can be complicated to get ones head around really straightforward and understandable. PRMG and Charles were very supportive through the survey and house purchasing process and also help negotiate refurbishments up until exchange and completion of contracts as an extra which has been much appreciated. I used PRMG for a level three survey on a ground floor maisonette in Tooting. Charles and Tania were excellent throughout the process from arranging the inspection in short order to providing extensive verbal and written feedback. They approached the job with a practical approach and provided straight forward guidance on costs for each issue they identified. Its also worth noting that PRMG provided the most competitive quote for the job.

I have already recommended the team to two friends who have also had an excellent experience on complex houses with significant refurbishment requirements.

As first time buyers, even the experience of finding a surveyor is daunting. From the first moment I spoke with Charles I knew I was in safe hands, put at ease of the process, the report and the follow up support. The fact that the price was also competitive was merely a bonus.

The report itself was thorough and completed to timescales but what really set Charles apart was the follow up service. Issues found within our survey meant we had to renegotiate some aspects of the transaction, and Charles was indispensable supporting us through countless calls, emails and follow ups. Without the sage advice and guidance we would have really struggled to complete the transaction and definitely wouldn't have achieved the final price/ conditions we did. I couldn't recommend Charles more to anyone, going above and beyond what any surveyor could be expected to do!

From the initial inquiry, Charles provided sensible and proactive suggestions for what we required. This continued throughout the whole process. The survey and report were completed without any hold-ups over Christmas and New Year. The report was detailed and thorough and as the property was leasehold, the various aspects relating to that were pointed out and easy to follow. Any queries were answered quickly and over the telephone, something rare these days, making communication so much easier, Charles even phoned us! I engaged PRMG to do a simple survey of an auction property. They were extremely responsive (were able to visit the property within 90minutes of my call). The review was thorough, whilst also focusing on the key points i'd requested.

The price agreed was good given the short notice, and was customised for what i required. Was willing to review additional auction docs for me at no extra cost.

Was also able to customise the deliverable for what i required. Called me to discuss the key points and provided follow-up deliverables.

Overall PRMG are now my trusted surveyor and I go to them before I try anyone else. Would recommend to others and indeed have already done so.

Highly recommended. Charles recently carried out a level 3 survey on a property for me. Firstly, their price was incredibly competitive. Most importantly, however, was their attention to detail and their support beyond even the initial survey. The report that Charles produced was incredibly thorough, informative and went far beyond what I was expecting. His advice on aspects of the house had the potential to reduce my expenditure by tens of thousands of pounds, and discussions with Charles, after the survey report had been delivered, led directly to me managing to get a significantly lowering purchase price on the property.

I instructed PRMG surveyors to undertake a RICS level 3 homebuyers survey on a property in Battersea in November 2022. Firstly, their quote was the most competitive of 4 local surveyors I spoke to. The level of service I got from both Charles and Tania was superb. They were excellent at getting out to see the property within days of my request and called me after the visit to go through their observations over the phone for an hour. They were both very good at explaining technical issues in clear way and highlighted potential issues in a calm and well thought out manner. I received a written report within a few days after the inspection and got back in touch with more queries numerous times. Each time they patiently explained their views and even reached out to third parties to get some history on the renovations that the property had been through. Charles and Tania really did make what is usually a stressful process pain free and easy. I would highly recommend them. They were recommended to me by the local estate agent and I would certainly use them again. Thanks both.

The service I received was very professional from from the first phone call. The surveyor I was appointed, Charles, was a pleasure to deal with and the survey report I received was very thorough. It took about a week from survey to get the report from Charles, which was very reasonable given the detail that was included.

Charles has been incredibly helpful and made himself available outside of typical office hours in order to assist me.
