Delivery too long and expensive
Good product range, however $18 AUD delivery with a quoted ETA of 15days, is over the top for an e-commerce site these.
Next day / express delivery is expected for that price, or free delivery if such a long ETA

Purchase was fairly straight forward but I was of the impression that the $17.50 freight cost was selected however the $30.00 freight appeared on the order.

No customer service at all - very bad
I ordered a frame a month ago and was told not long after I ordered that the product had been shipped. I was then shown that the item was held at the export hub due to high value.
This was nearly three weeks ago and I have had no sensible communication about how to pay the duties.
It looks like the responses I get to my emails are bots and there is no phone number.
Do I just wait for some unspecified time for someone to bother to call me? This was an expensive purchase and I have no idea what has happened.
No matter how well you think you are running your company this experience is terrible and makes you look like con artists. If someone could do me the common courtesy of calling me (you know, the way customer service used to happen) then I might revise my review.
Failing that I would definitely not recommend anyone use your service.
