Confusion, but good service

Hi Thomas,
We have been in regular contact, and sorry for the initial delay.
I have responded via email and the package has been shipped & I have forwarded the tracking number. Due to the Royal Mail Strikes, there is a large backlog of international packages at the depot so it looks like it's awaiting a scan.
We will provide you regular updates of this package as said per our email and keep you posted.
