Awful experience - this company is cheap for a reason. Avoid! Some simple facts: They took nearly 6 months to get to completion on a simple cash transaction with no chain; on the last possible day to complete we had to exchange and complete on the same day; they claimed not to have received signed contracts until I showed them the recorded delivery proof of receipt; they lost the up to date mortgage redemption statement and I had to obtain a copy on the last day; they can’t dial international numbers from their phones, so anyone not in the Uk should definitely not use them; my appointed conveyancer only worked 3 days a week and often seemed to be unavailable whenever I called. The only saving grace from this being a 1 star review was a very committed junior member of staff called Keeley Bell who pulled out all the stops at the 11th hour.

Service is terrible service, I am currently stuck with them as it is a bit late for me to get another provider due to time constraints.
1. They never ever pick up the phone.
2. Late in responding to emails
3. No, follow up on any pending action

Fazeelat, you were brilliant at getting things done and patiently walking us through the muddle of the UK property transfer process. Having said that, as non residents, we did find the ProConveyancing onboarding process complex and not aimed at sellers who are both in their mid 80's and would simply not have managed without assistance. Thanks again.

I instructed this company to complete the sales of my two flats on May 30 2022, it has been a nightmare! The ‘portal’ does not work and my emails are never replied too - I have no idea if my sales are going ahead or if I am waiting for something that will not happen. In my last email I asked for my deposits to be returned so that I could instruct another company - guess what, no reply!!!

Super Service from all of the Team at ProConveancing we were selling and buying, it was inportant to complete on the same day, we agreed this date and it never changes, all as planned special tanks to Fazeelat Jafri {Faz} who was amazing her wor was first rate, we felt in the loop at every stage, the only down side was 'The APP' thank you all, Gary & Audrey Meek

134 days into my sale since I instructed for a first time buyer buying my property and I still have no idea when I will exchange and complete. The 1 star ratings from other people pretty much sums up everything. I assume my purchase is all ok but its hard to get an update on anything as responses to emails doesn't really happen. Buyers and Sellers estate agents on my case pretty much weekly which I am unable to provide them any information. Which will come faster? Buyer and Seller pulling out or completion?

I had a wonderful experience with these guys. The lady who was handling my case was brilliant at communicating and I got a speedy service. Well priced. I would use them again. I highly recommend ProConveyancing.

Had a dreadful experience initially. The agent was poor and did not communicate. When chased told things were in place which turned out to be untrue. Recently informed this agent was no longer there. Case passed to nee agent ‘Faz’. Thankfully, Faz has been very helpful, honest and kept in contact, great communication and very professional.

Totally reliable and proactive Stacy and her team were amazing. We really appreciated their professionalism and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent all round service I don’t know why anyone would resort to the old fashioned slow high street solicitors. We owe them huge thanks.

Stacy Roberts took care of the Conveyancing for our house purchase and the experience we had was excellent. Communication was clear and efficient, we always got a response in a reasonable amount of time. Where needed I also felt I could pick up the phone and get some quick answers to our queries. We hit a few difficult blockers during the purchase, but Stacy was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and helped us through it. We were recommended ProConveyancing from a family member and would absolutely recommend them onwards.

Special shout out to Melanie Jones who made the whole process seamless for us. We went through a remortgaging to a new lender and Melanie kept everything on track for our completion date. Would highly recommend 👌
