We had a change of conveyancer from Hayley to Clare and Clare only worked 2-3 times a week. Response were very poor and my sale agent and I had to breathe down her neck emails after emails which even then took almost forever to get a poor response and then she went missing in action again for weeks. The whole sale process took 6 months and then when the sale was finally completed, I was told they CANNOT transfer the proceeds to an overseas account, knowing I am a foreign person right from Day 1 of doing the checks etc. Then deductions from the sale proceed was unclear and am still chasing and getting ignored. I will not recommend this cheap but highly inefficient conveyancing company. Will be writing to Legal Ombuds and CLC...

My experience with pro-Conveyancing has been completely straight forward. Responses to queries were quick and updates were frequent. I've used solicitors in the past and Pro-Conveyancing have beaten them hands down. The process was stress free, efficient and organised - I would highly recommend.

She was fast in response, professional and efficient. 1 star less for a confusing process of assigning the right solicitor to the case.

We used Pro-Conveyancing to change our house from sole ownership into Joint Tenants in Common. We received a brilliant service from start to finish, cannot fault the speed of the service and excellent communication . We were kept informed throughout the whole process and received responses to any queries we had, within hours of sending an email to our Conveyancer. I would thoroughly recommend them, and all at about a third of what we had been quoted by a high street solicitor.

Hayley Hellon was our person of contact and this did not change throughout the process. Hayley was always professional, quick and responsive (always within 24 hours, most of time within 4 hours).

The app that the company have, lists all the stages of the mortgage and this is updated as and when a stage has been completed - this made it really easy to follow where we were at on a continuous basis.

Price was very reasonable.

Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using again.
