I ordered 100 custom embroidered sherpa blankets from proimprint as a Christmas gifts for our employees and to hand out to new hires over the course of the year. Cant say enough good things about this company, I had ordered some engraved mugs and pens from them in the past, but this was a much more complex project and they really knocked it out of the park.

I had worked with Bria on the mugs and pens, so I reached out to her and she referred me to her colleague James who was extremely knowledgeable about the blankets. He sent me several samples, explained the entire production process, and once I picked a blanket, he quoted me for both a small embroidered logo and a larger logo that required some extra stitch charges from the factory (went with the large :-) go big or go home!).

James also kept me up to date on all the deadlines I needed to keep in mind, I guess embroidery gets pretty backed up around xmas at their factory but james made sure I knew exactly when I had to get my proof approvals etc in so that the order could be delivered before our company xmas party. Then he followed up the next day to make sure it was delivered and that the blankets themselves looked great!

I honestly forgot about the project since the party, the extras have just been sitting in a box in my office, but then yesterday a handwritten thank you card from James came in the mail and so I decided to write this review :-).

Would highly recommend proimprint to any business owner looking to order branded products. I have used them now both for cheap giveaways to promote our business as well as for high quality employee gifts, and they're just the best. I never used to get this kind of personal attention when I ordered custom branded products before I found proimprint, I'm so glad I found them and I hope this review helps others find them too! They deserve the business!

Although Chris and Savannah both helped me, I had the MOST frustrating experience in on line ordering of anything EVER. They told me I would have the product by a certain date, then I got an email telling me something different, never got a tracking number because the order never shipped. And these were thank you gifts for a big benefit. Then I was told they were over-nighted to me, but when I didn't get them, I called and a supervisor told me that Fed Ex had just picked up the order an hour ago, when I was told that UPS had them earlier. That supervisor, I cannot remember her name, was just rude and had such an attitude. I was standing in the middle of a store talking to her with tears running down my cheeks. THEN, the box arrived an hour later, so she was full of crap. But the lids were all too loose, so I called and Chris said he would call the supplier and have them overnight me more. I got them 5 days later, well after my event. I have never, ever been treated this way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are so many others to choose from!

Post note: I spoke to Emilee today and told her the whole saga, and she made it right with me. At least there's that!

I made a custom print for the water bottles and they came out really well. The account executive- Jennifer Curtis, was very responsive and helped us with every aspect of it. I would definitely get back to proimprint again!!

Daniel Rosen the account manager was very helpful and efficient when 2 of my sample orders got lost somehow. He even took the initiative to overnight my products because they were so late. He is a very good team member to have for your company and if I were you guys, I would definitely give him a raise!!!

Tim Lee was my account manager. At Feeding 5000 we serve the homeless population in Philadelphia. He did an amazing job helping us work on our order of Backpacks for Christmas day and make the changes I needed to insure I would get what I needed at a fair price.
After a few emails and phones calls our order was placed and our homeless friends will have new backpacks for Christmas. Thank you so much Tim and we look forward to working with you in the future. F5K

I was simply blown away by Tim’s customer service today. He responded to my email iwithin minutes of hitting send, handled all my questions immediately and made it so simple for me to place my order. He also followed up via phone and text to make sure everything was exactly as I needed. Tim is excellent at providing suggestions on products, pricing and getting the job done! We are looking at moving all our promotion materials to ProImprint because Tim’s customer service is second to none. This company truly cares about their customers needs and goes to great lengths to exceed expectations.
