My experience with proimprint and specifically one of their account managers, Timothy Lee, was absolutely phenomenal from ordering our items up until after we received them! Timothy not only helped with designing 1 of our 2 logos, he was very courteous and responded in a timely manner, always with a super upbeat tone. We LOVED the "Ship Happens" tumblers that came out and they sold like crazy! I plan on doing business again with ProImprint because the quality of the products was fantastic, the prices were great, they were shipped very quickly and Timothy is hands down, the best agent I've ever worked with in a printing company, and I've been doing this for a long time!

I needed to order some mugs for a training event and found that Pro Imprint had a collection and prices that were the best I could find online. When they quoted me the total, I had to double check that it included shipping costs (shipping for 144 coffee mugs costs more than the mugs themselves at some places). Some online printing and promo products companies seem to have business models that skimp on service. Pro Imprint (led by my sales rep Timothy Lee) went the other way - high touch, white glove, whatever you want to call it. Super impressed!

Despite many changes on our part with our order, Tim Lee handled our order with kit gloves. He was extremely patient, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. Nothing but great things to say about the experience.

Tim Lee has been incredibly helpful and polite in dealing with my endless questions and many requests. His professional and timely approach has eliminated many headaches and concerns I've run into. He made my overwhelming tasks much much easier by putting extra time and effort to ensure we were satisfied with both quality and cost.

First, Proimprint could stand by their word and follow through with a timely order. I ordered and I chatted with someone online and they said I would receive my proof within 24 hours or on Saturday. I had ordered in the evening on a Thursday and waited to check up on the artwork and nothing until Monday. I even tried leaving a message and emailed 3x and no responses. I even re-attached my artwork, checked my spam and my order status online and absolutely NOTHING. Their website says they will provide a proof within 24 hours. I thought I was going to have to pursue another promo company because I needed my order in time for an event and then Proimprint did end up contacting me about my needing a response on not gettiing artwork. They promptly sent my artwork proof, i approved and received my order. I inspected my order today and 20 of the umbrellas have a terrible sticky residue on every handle of the umbrella and some have stitching coming off of the cloth bags they are in and some even have the sticky residue or have dull finish in the center of the bottom of the handle. Some of the bags are not the same color having a different variation and some are even shorter than others in terms of how much of the umbrella is inside the bag. These 20 appear that they are not the same material or quality as the others I have received since the handles are a shinier plastic whereas the rest of the umbrellas are a dull rubber coating. It is like maybe there was a sticker on each handle and they tried to remove it but it left a terrible residue on the plastic coated rubber handle. And, if you use an umbrella, obviously you have to use the handle so unfortunately, it is sticky. My fundraiser for at least 20 of these umbrellas are ruined and I only ordered 75. I promised these umbrellas before homecoming because it rains here and the weather can be completely unpredictable in Michigan. The homecoming is this coming week and I cannot give these out. My community was looking forward to these umbrellas and it would be embarrassing to give them out at this point and I already did pre-sales and collected the funding so I have to give the money back. If I was to maybe give them away free they would definitely accept them but since everyone paid for them as a fundraiser for our 5th grade camp scholarships they expect to receive something nice. I can say 55 of them are ok but some of the bag stitching is coming apart so I had to try to switch some of the bags out with the ones that have the terrible residue but many of the bags don't match in color or are too short compared the others. And, some people ordered two so I cannot give them two different color bags....this was my first order with proimprint and what a disappointment. We have ordered from other places like 4imprint or discountmugs and totallypromotional before with no issues...guess I should have stuck with what worked!

Michelle Beaver, sales exec, is AMAZING and made the whole process of design, proof, and order easy! She understood my needs and made helpful product suggestions, and she went above and beyond with design help before I even placed an order, which assured me that they would work with me until it was exactly what I wanted! She kept me updated on specials and price quantities and was faithful about checking in to make sure that I didn't have any questions. Thank you, Michelle!
