The technical support offered by Lewis from Project EV was everything I needed it to be. He was incredibly patient with my ineptitude in resolving a fairly complex process and was also completely on top of the technical requirements. The support from Project EV in setting up my home charger was outstanding. It was a long phone call but Uways Subhani was very patient and guided me through the whole process. As a complete newbie to electric vehicles and someone who is not great with technology this was very much appreciated.

I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding support I received from Paul Kolawole at Project EV.
Paul spent over an hour on the phone with me working through an issue with three EV chargers that were not functioning correctly. His patience, technical knowledge, and genuine willingness to help were exceptional. He methodically worked through the problems step by step until we successfully got all three chargers operating as they should.
What really stood out was his commitment to resolving the issue properly rather than rushing through the call. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was fully working before ending the conversation.
This level of support was a significant contrast to a previous interaction I had with another colleague, where unfortunately the same level of assistance was not provided.
Paul is a real credit to Project EV and represents the kind of customer support that builds confidence in a company’s products and service. I am extremely grateful for his help and professionalism.

We had an issue with the App and tried to call out of hours, so planned to call back next day. Before I could do that Lewis called, they check all call even when no message is left, he sorted our issue and i was blown away but such brilliant service. I will recommend my son get the same charger.

Lewis was fantastic when helping us sort out our EV charger. We had been having issues with it and couldn’t get the app working properly, which was very frustrating. Lewis was very patient and thorough from the start. He checked all of our details carefully and talked us through each stage step by step, making sure we understood everything.
He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all, taking the time to make sure the charger and the app were both working correctly before he left. His calm and professional manner made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us.

A very frustrating issue with my Charger not logging to my network which had been going on for some time, was resolved by Sam Philips who went above and beyond to help me work out the problem. He called back when he said he would and tried multiple solutions to get me sorted. Its good that people like Sam are out there and determined to fix problems.

Poor customer service Faulty merchandise
Really dissoppointed with this company.
They had installed a charger in our New build redrow home which had a manufacturer's error and could have caused a serious house fire.
Called the company to explain that although the charger was installed in 2022 it had infact not been used until December 2025 and caused an electrical fault in January 2026 - however they stated it was out of warranty from the point of installation not from point of use.
Was offered to upgrade the charger for £299.99 which i grudgingly agreed to because it was costing me £40 a time to charge my car at a local garage.
Engineer booked to arrive before 1pm - 12:30 receive a call to state engineer was at his first job and he has infact 10 chargers to repair at the first job so won't be able to come today (why it took until 12:30 for them to realise there were 10 chargers needing replacing is anyone's guess). Cannot get an engineer to me for another 5 days as jobs have already been booked in for tomorrow and Monday - would have presumed jobs already booked in on other days would have been rearranged as a gesture of goodwill to those customers who were inconvenienced at very short notice.
Poor customer service - quality of new charger yet to be seen.
After reading trust pilot reviews realised this company have a habit of cancelling engineer visits also if you have an a different engineer install the charger it voids any warranty.
Found a company who can supply and fit a new charger the next day so called customer services at EV to ask if I could return the delivered charger (which has not been removed from its box) and get my money back to be told 'I don't know i can check with my colleague and can you back...can I hold whilst you check...no because all my colleagues are on lunch...what you are the only one in the office?...yes' - frankly I am not holding my breath.

EV charger issues resolved
I have a Project EV charger which was installed a while ago, but which had not been used - we now have an EV though, so I needed to set it up on the app. I had help with that this morning from Sam Phillips. I can't thank Sam enough for the help he gave me. It was very tricky, as we have changed broadband provider recently, so we need to go through all the app settings and request some changes to the router. There could have been a lot of jargon, which I would have struggled with, but Sam patiently went through everything step by step, trying different solutions, and explaining what we were doing in simple language that I could understand. We resolved the issue, and Sam even explained how I can charge the car using the app. Thanks again for your help Sam, I really appreciate that.
