Great customer service
Lewis was really helpful on the phone and very knowledgeable. Got my charger registered and set-up in no time, thanks again.
36% fail rate for our customers
We have four public chargers and two private chargers.
The private chargers activated by RF cards are fine, rarely an issue. Unfortunately our public-use chargers are a disaster. The issues appear to be 90% to do with the crappy Project EV app. Over the last 25 customer EV charging attempts 36% have failed. 10 or 18p is charged (to connect) and it then locks out our customers. They then can't use any of the chargers. We had a work-around with our own main account and RF cards, but it has just locked out our account too. Terrific. I spend several hours a week trying to un**** these things.
Project EV offers zero customer service at weekends, so there's nothing to be done if you have a problem. We have a lot of weekend booking so this is when most problems happen.
I (begrudgingly) renewed my expensive Project EV subscription to manage the systems a month ago, they then sent me an email a month later informing me that "my subscription had expired". I tried calling at 4.40pm, but they'd all gone home for the weekend. The left and right hand of this company are strangers to each other.
I'm writing this 1 star review as I don't think that they take any of our concerns seriously, I have been a customer for over 6 years.

Always breaking and wait weeks for replacement
Always breaking....in 3 years i am on my third charger!.
slow in getting anyone out to come and look and expect to not have a charger for 2 weeks! when you call it sounds like your ringing a back office with everyone having a laugh in the background.
All my problems have been solved
Paul kolawole who helped me today was very kind and patient it took us over an hour but he was very calm and sorted out all my problems and now I am completely confident and satisfied that he has sorted everything out

After having difficulty setting up the chargers due to no network where the chargers were located Lewis Woolett (Project EV) was a great help providing support over the phone step by step to get these operational to my clients specific charging requirements. My client has since requested we install another charger on the back of the previous works.

We needed help reconnecting our Project EV charger to the internet following a change in ISP. Whilst we have done this before, there seemed to be an issue this time, which Sam quickly resolved his end.
