What's going on ?
What's going on? We have purchased these pasties regularly & they have been lovely. Saturday night in front of TV, with a hot pasty & glass of something -you can't beat it. However, our last 2 orders have been disappointing to say the least, with the base of the pasty splitting on the baking tray & contents everywhere. (We cooked from frozen, in oven, exactly as per instructions & as we have always cooked them). Think that they are cutting costs by making pastry thinner, but it isn't working. When it first happened, we thought that we had just got a bad batch, but we had the same problem with the next/last order. Pity, because we really used to enjoy them. Please go back to original recipe, even if it means a price rise.
