Unfortunately this time the pasties we have tried have had too much pepper in them which has ruined the taste.
The last ones were great but thought you should know so you can check your production.

Hi Mr East,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you found the pasties too peppery and that this affected your enjoyment of them.
Having checked your account, I can see that this was your first order with us, so it would appear that your previous purchase may have been from another company.
We’re sorry that our pasties didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate that taste and seasoning are very personal, particularly when it comes to pepper, but we’re grateful you took the time to share your comments with us and we will pass your feedback on to our production team.
Kind regards,
The Proper Pasty Company

Just had our first sausage roll
Just had our first sausage roll, a little bit disappointed, not much flavour, maybe could do with some sage and onion, the pastry was good but as I have said the filling needs something else. Many thanks.

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re pleased you enjoyed the pastry, although we’re sorry the sausage roll filling didn’t have quite enough flavour for you. Taste is always a personal preference, but we really appreciate your suggestion of sage and onion and will certainly pass your comments on to our production team.

Cornish Pasty PERFECTION …
Easy to order with clear pictures and information about the products . Very quick delivery time too . Have now tried the large Cornish pasty - perfect ; the steak and gravy one which I made into a main meal , once again perfect ; then it was a sausage roll - also perfect ! Shortcrust pastry for the pasties and flaky pastry for the sausage roll . Once I have some more space in my storage freezer , I will be ordering again .

Excellent Quality Pasties
We like the 'Choose Your Own' option for ordering our pasties which are always tasty and excellent. There is just one point with the delivery - The pasties used to arrive well frozen during the morning of the selected delivery day. However, the more recent orders we placed arrived well into the afternoon and the expanded polystyrene packaging contained fewer and different 'Phase Change Material' mats compared to previous orders. The pasties were still just about frozen on arrival but were not as firm to handle as those from our previous orders. The higher temperature differential in hot weather has an obvious increased heat flow effect but we always used to receive our pasties really deeply frozen in the past.

Respuesta de Proper Pasty Company Ltd
Hi Mr Patrick,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you continue to enjoy our Pick Your Own selection and the quality of our pasties.
We also really appreciate your comments regarding the packaging and the condition of the pasties on more recent deliveries, particularly during warmer weather. We continually review our packaging to ensure our products remain suitably frozen during transit, and we’ll certainly pass your observations regarding the ice packs and temperature on to our team.
It’s reassuring to hear that your pasties were still frozen on arrival, but we appreciate the difference you’ve noticed compared with previous deliveries. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,

Utterly Delicious
Pasties arrived in good time, they were well packed, chilled & in great condition. In no time at all one was in the air fryer & served up - Delicious!!
Pasty pastry was not too thick, with an excellent amount of fillings. I turned the pasty halfway through cooking, which produced a very even crispy finish - I was not left wanting. Will certainly be ordering moe
