What a fantastic service provided by Kieran and Gabriel. They were amazing and the speed and ability they delivered was exceptional. I award these fantastic a huge 10 platinum stars!

A disgrace. They don't care about your dying family. They just want their nhs contract. Sent broken dangerous bed for my dad. Wrong delivery days. Waiting for nothing. False promises. Disgusting.

Unrealiable organisation. Safety should be there first priority

Awful customer service. A ' gentleman' called today to arrange pick up of equipment and we haven't even got the death certificate yet. Man - Yes, Gentle - Definitely not. Service user passed away on Monday 6th July and today is Wednesday 8th July. Asked if equipment could be picked up today! No sympathies offered. No condolences. No acknowledgement of the bereavement. Terrible.

Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cut it!! They don’t even deserve a One star!! Absolutely incompetent, extremely poor customer service! I have on several occasions had the need to complain and was assured by one of the managers whose name is Paul that he would get on top of the poor customer service and address all the issues!! Two months down the line this still hasn’t happened. Today after having waited all day for a delivery the guy turned up with ill fitting equipment which wasn’t fit for purpose! Even the delivery guy was frustrated and flabbergasted at the equipment we had been supplied! Why on earth are the NHS wasting tax payers hard earned money on this company who just seem like cowboys!! What I am feeling at the Moment is not just stressed, depressed, anxious, tearful and completely and utterly disappointed that having waited for over 5 months for some of the equipment it is just not fit for purpose!! I had called on more than two occasions to give them the measurements of the bed and they still couldn’t get it right! The customer service team DON’T listen to customers nor do they know what they are doing! Lacks training both in customer service and knowledge of the equipment they are selling it seems!

That's a star too many. They were supposed to deliver a bath lift 3 times, and they failed to deliver each time. I'm now awaiting a 4th delivery; I'll let you know.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. They failed to deliver vital medical equipment and repeatedly misled me throughout the day, assuring me that the delivery was “on its way” when it clearly was not. As a result, I wasted an entire day waiting for something that never arrived.

What makes this even worse is that I was then promised delivery “first thing” the following day—only for the exact same situation to happen again. More delays, more false assurances, and no accountability.

To add to the frustration, the switchboard is completely ineffective. Staff claim they cannot contact the depot, as no one answers the phone, leaving customers with no way to get accurate information or resolve urgent issues.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential medical equipment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this company. In fact, this company took over from the similar shambolic company, NRS, need to start charging theses companies for our time.
