Beware. They will charge an additional $30 on top of the $1. They don’t sent a receipt for that part. Then they will claim you authorized it. I demanded a refund and they agreed, but this is terrible business practice. Stay away and find your records with the govt.

I unfortunately had to use this website to look up the date a previous owner made an improvement on a house I was purchasing. I agreed to pay $1 to access that single report one time, instead I was charge $30 and had I not caught it right away, they would have continued to charge me that monthly.

This goes against FTC policies on hidden subscriptions. Don't give them a dime.

I agreed to a $1 charge for a single report. My credit card was immediately charged $31 to enroll in a monthly membership. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS! I had to comtact the company to ask for a refund bwhich they stated would be processed in 3-5 days.... SCAMMERS!
