Charlie is such a caring individual, will do anything for anyone. He runs a great business and loves what he does. I've been getting food and treats for my dog for quite a while. Would never go anywhere else.

Very helpful
Charlie has been really helpful and went above and beyond. He recommended the treats that were good for my dog, even took a video of the store, and talked about different treats and chews. Local delivery was fast too, arriving within 6-8 hours of ordering.

Personable & Friendly
Personable, friendly owner Charlie helped me to find what I was looking for, which on this occasion was a mix of toys for my boys to enjoy as a reward for passing their training.
I like how if Pup Planet doesn't stock what you are after, Charlie will always look into this for future custom.

Great local place to get treats for your dogs they always have time for a chat and easy to ask for recommendations on anything and know they understand what you’re talking about.
