Good professional service

It wasn't easy installing a 7 foot tank and cabinet but with patience and determination Pureaquatics managed to achieve it.
They came on time and were courteous and helpful.

Excellent service, from start to finish, they delivered a 5ft tank and cabinet placing it exactly where we wanted it, making sure it was all level before leaving - taking all the stress away from us having to figure out how we’d even get it in the house. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with a recent installation. Clear communication throughout and the installation itself was very smooth. Definitely glad I left this job to the professionals at Pure Aquatics after seeing what was involved!

Excellent company, I was reluctant at first to arrange this service. However I was very pleased with the service and support, I try to do everything myself but in this instance I am very pleased I did not attempt to. The company is very professional and helpful and I could do some modifications to the system on install, and they waited patiently. Laura is exceptionally helpful and made the process easy. I will use them again and would recommend anyone purchasing an aquarium to use this service - its worth it.

This was the first time the installers had constructed a Neptunian marine aquarium but all went smoothly and quickly. Not a cheap service but they get the job done

This is my second aquarium I've had set up by these guys. They are great and offer plenty of advice. Laura who answers callsis so helpful nothing is to much trouble. They don't rush like they are on a schedule highly reccomend if your a senior like me and can't lift and put together aquariums 10 stars ✨️

What looked like an awkward installation of my five foot tank was carried out superbly by the team, who had travelled a long way , done in less than an hour, brilliant 👏

Just had my tank serviced again, the service,advice & aftercare shown by Beu & his colleague were totally professional, highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new tropical fish tank, and that’s all thanks to the work of Luke and Ed. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

They took the time to offer advice on how to care for the tank, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving.

Luke and Ed were very pleasant to talk to. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a recruiting help with a one off installation or routinely maintenance.

I would also like to thank Laura for her efficient calls and emails, appointment making and aftercare call. It is very much appreciated.

Great service from start to finish.

I placed an order for a DD 1500 with the white glove service through Charterhouse Aquatics. I received a call 2 days later from Pure Aquatics for them to introduce themselves and explain they'll be delivering and fitting the tank, and to ask questions about access or any other potential issues.

Day of delivery, I received a call an hour before they were due to arrive to give an updated ETA. Upon arrival, Beau, Ed and Luke were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. A couple of measured dry runs before putting the tank in place.

Although it was quite awkward in a few places, for an extremely heavy tank - the 3 guys remained professional and did an excellent job. Nothing was ever too much (even when asking them to move the whole unit 1cm across before they left!)

Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Excellent service, aquarium delivered and installed with no problems whatsoever. Men were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Will hopefully do business again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.

The installation was onetime and exactly, no more than I expected. Perfect

I opted for the installation of my fluval shaker 168l
On the installation day Danny arrived on time very courteous with 25years experience
He did a fantastic job building the base unit and installing the aquarium
Danny also gave me some good advice about looking after the water the fish and what type of fish to get as a starter
Very helpful and well done worth every penny

We had a very positive experience - from Laura in the office providing very helpful support to the three guys Bow, Ed and Luke who came to do our installation. We were very impressed and thank you guys very much.

I booked a c£1k “white glove” installation. I was surprised to learn that this did not include adding the water. They assured me that the canister pump had been set up and all I needed to do was press the on/off button and it would work. When I put water in and turned the pump on, whilst it made a noise, it did not work. I bought an internal pump to make do till I could get someone to help me. When my brother looked at it some weeks later he said it had to be “primed”. I was not told this and whilst with hindsight it seems obvious, I believed the installation team when they said it was ready to use. Therefore I do NOT recommend and feel aggrieved that I was not told about priming.
