They replaced our ageing water softener, which they had installed and serviced for us.
Their work is high quality, they are efficient, helpful and friendly.

Reliability.
Reliability,turning up on day and time we were told. Tim was very efficient did work quickly and cleared up after himself. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all. This is the second service we booked, and again no one turned up, after us waiting in. No one phoned to cancel or apologise for not coming, same story, sorry someone should have phoned.
Not impressed at all with the company, for doing this two times running. You charge enough for servicing surely you can get your act together.
I will be looking to find another service company.

Really disappointed…
Really disappointed in a company I have used for more than 10 years. Pure choice provide and service water softeners. I have used them to replace and service my water softener. Recently we suffered a power outage and this destroyed the electrics on our water softener. We requested an engineer from Pure Choice. Without checking his information the engineer said our softener was obsolete and went into sales mode. The water softener had been recently serviced and was working well prior to the power outage. We are a hospitality business so we have to be very careful with expenditure at the moment. I decided to check the information the engineer gave me and found that parts were available but had to be shipped from the USA. I have found another water softener company who have ordered the part it has been shipped and will be fitted as soon as it arrives. The difference in cost between repair and replacement is a lot of money.
