The process of getting a quote very straight forward. A convenient date was agreed, and was fitted and functioning. There were problems due to the pipe work in my house bu they took time and got the matter sorted. They were recommended to us by a plumbing and heating company who have been using them for several years.

Michael at Pure Choice spent a great deal of time on an initial phone call prior to us even committing to their water softener and presented the system very well in person when we were ready to proceed. No hard sell which was a welcome relief compared to other companies. Tim their technician installed the system exactly as planned and it's working very well. The perfect solution to our ridiculously hard water!

the sales experience was very professional, he rang when he agreed he would, he turned up when he said he would to do the site inspection and included everything in the price- no hidden extras!
The fitter arrived as agreed and was a clean and tidy worker.

Dealing with Pure Chhoice was, yet again, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I have dealt with the company for at least 10/12 years so, having moved, it was the only one I could have faith in to advise and instal the water softener. Our first discussion was very helpful and various options were explained.
The plumber arrived on time, was quiet and efficient and explained what he was going to do. When he was finished he explained how the system worked and asked if we had any questions. He then thoroughly cleaned the area where he had been working.
The system is working well and we are very satisfied with the way Pure Choice carried out the installation.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommend, this softener has been 100% worth the money. Michael was really helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me all my options and clear quotes. He booked me in for the fitting promptly and the plumber installing did a brilliant job. I had the water softener installed to try and help family eczema issues relating to very hard water. The effects have been incredible and made a HUGE difference to us, almost immediately. It has also been brilliant for limescale, water marks, stains, etc and has halved the time I spend cleaning. Can't recommend enough for hard water alternative.

Ashley, who services our softener, has always been polite, punctual and efficient. Why would I change supplier now? I would not consider any other supplier should I have need to replace my current machine purchased in 2012.

Our recent replacement was fitted seamlessly and we are very happy with the new and improved softener.
