Taylor from Pure Communication Group was amazing! I had 8 months left on my contract and thought I’d be stuck paying a higher rate, but Taylor went above and beyond to help me get out early and find a much better deal. Really pleased with the service and support

Excellent service for new business customer!
I’d been looking for a new business phone contract for a while, then I come across Lee and Pure online, I was a bit hesitant at first but after speaking to Lee several times on the phone/on email I felt so at ease with it all, not only did Lee spend a lot of time recommending different tariffs, he also took the time to to find me the right handset. One thing that really impressed me was the monthly cost, it was much better value than what the networks offered direct and to top it off Pure then covered my 5 month early termination fee from my existing provider (was literally paid into my account within an hour or so) very happy customer!!!

By chance a phone call from Taylor at PCG became the perfect solution I required. My phone is my life in self employment and after years of unsatisfactory service and reception I needed a change. Taylor gave me excellent advice on changing contracts and saw through all very smooth procedure of changing over. All the way through Taylor understood what I wanted and needed and at times when I was a tad grumpy with him, he guided through. Apologies Taylor but thanks PCG. Very pleased with the service you have given me.

Been working with Lee Flynn for a while now and every time I send an email or call to add extra sims/phones he’s always there to help me. He gives me a new quote/price within a matter of minutes , nothing is ever to much trouble for him and the rest of the customer service team are just as reliable.

Wow just wow, all I can say is what a bloke Mr Lee Flynn is!! My new business contracts with 02 were organised very efficiently by Sam who was a pleasure to deal with. He advised me and kept me up to date via WhatsApp and phone calls all the way through the procedure and managed to get me a good deal. Highly recommended.

Not for small businesses. Lots of hidden contractual elements with this company. They might be ok for the larger businesses but for a small new company, I felt miss led and tricked into signing an extra long contract. Not recommended

Just transferred our company mobile contracts to Pure Communications from another business provider, have been dealing directly with Sam who has been absolutely brilliant. He kept us informed throughout the process, couldn't do enough for us and gave us a great price. He definitely deserves the 5*'s.

Sam was brilliant at explaining exactly what the options were and helping secure the best deal possible. There were no wait times and made to feel like they had your best interests in mind rather than just another sale.

We changed our contract from Vodafone to O2, it was a seamless transfer and everything worked well. In terms of the early redemption transaction, we we paid within hours of receiving our invoice. Would highly recommend.
