Ordering process is straightforward, and delivery was prompt. I ordered the duo of carbon block refill filters which is good value. I have been a customer of Pureflo for quite a few years and always had good service.

I have used Pureflo filters and taps for many years and when my original tap started to drip I ordered a new tap and it was delivered within a couple of days, first class service.

Totally satisfied with the new tap. Have not fitted it yet as had to get a 14mm box spanner with extension to fit up the narrow gap between the wall and the sink! Gap too narrow for my hand to reach the nut. Will get there in the end.

Had no issues at all from ordering to delivery everything great. Have used previously and never had a problem.

About two weeks ago, tried to order Carbon, and Resin Filters, plus connectors.
Not wishing to pay by Paypal, due to my account being hacked a few years back, I tried to pay via Mastercard. No such luck. They were having trouble with the Card payments.
OK, next step, was to ring them, Guess what the 08001601060 was unobtainable, tried that several times.
So I had to rejoin PayPal
Once I had done so and piad by this method, all was well. Payment went through and order arrived safely and quickly, to give them their due.
However it is SO frurtating that not only was the freephone number wrong but couldn`t even get through to the alternative number I found.
Why can`t they update the website with correct numbers?

We usually phone to order our replacement cartridges but were unable to get through this time so found the website and ordered from there, it was a bit long winded having to register for PayPal but once done no problems and were amazed to see the refills arrive the following day.
