Hi Mr David, I am sorry you ordered the wrong carbon refills. After discussion with our sales team, they supplied the correct carbon refills with scale reduction, which where dispatched on the 23rd July 2022, which you should have received on Monday 25th July. I am some what perplexed, by your trust pilot score and comments. The feedback you gave our sales time was :that you were very happy with the swift response to rectify your mistake and get you the correct filters .

Replaced carbon filter but unit leaking.
Replaced carbon filter, but unit leaking from outlet connection. Ordered new filter housing - replaced with no leaks. Parts arrived promptly from Pureflo.

This star rating is for the delivery. We have not yet tried the product, but having ben a client for good number of years,I am sure they will be fine.
Not Pureflows fault, but the delivery was made when there was nonone at home. It was a bit of a shock to find the local P.O. opens from 9.00 to 10.00!
