I am a customer for a number of years and have been very happy until recently.

I ordered on the ebay outlet a set of two HEPA filters with activated carbon, for my PureMate PM 520 devices.

the price asked for TWO filters wass £ 41,65

The parcel (plastic bag) received contains only one filter.

I attempted to contact them by email, I also used ebay and paypal tools to explain the problem.

Both ebay and paypal complaints were closed with proof of delivery.

The lack of answerMade me write this review.
The devices can not work without the filter element so I am stuck.

Only good for about a year with excellent maintenance on my part and customer service Mickey mouse, I'd avoid

Amazing customer service! Accidentally over filled the ice packs which came with my air cooler, it caused them to split. I emailed PureMate and within an hour had a reply, the Ice packs were delivered the next working day👌🏼

With having experienced a lot of very poor customer service recently from a lot of other companies, this was very reassuring. Thank you PureMate!

I purchased a puremate pm605 foot circulation massager. Im totally pleased with it, good value for the price which is one of the reasons why I purchased it, it looks good.Its easy to use with easy to follow instructions.It performs very well it certainly gets results.The delivery service was quick and it arrived undamaged.I will certainly telling my family about it.I would definitely purchase off puremate again in the future and encourage people to buy their products.

1st unit was faulty within 24 hours a replacement was recieved and faulty one picked up ...... 5 stars well earnt xxxx

We had a handle on a lid on our steamer break under warranty.
After just one email and the request for a photograph, the lid was replaced very promptly.
All credit to PureMate, I wish all companies handled this sort of issue so efficiently.

Very pleased with the product. It arrived quickly and the unit is neat, very effective, and easy to use. There was a problem with the water collection tank but this was addressed very quickly by Puremate and a replacement part was delivered next day. I am happy to recommend the product and supplier to potential customers.

Pricing is competitive. We needed to exchange our unit and customer support was excellent and the exchange was pain free. I would recommend.

Purchased the PM850 Tower fan, Really great product, The functions are good and the Remote makes it easy to control. This is used regularly and the timing function means I can set it to cool and to switch of after I go to sleep. The Scent draw is a great bonus .
Their customer service goes above and beyond and is very quick to respond.

We recently bought a Puremate Nutrition Extractor Blender from Puremate, the service we received was excellent. Prompt delivery and when it developed a slight fault they replied to my email within the hour and we had a replacement part the next working day!!! We can not fault the product or the company, we will certainly shop with them again. Thank you Puremate

I got the Puremate humidifier as a present and it stopped working within the 2 years warranty period, but I managed to get in touch with customer service only after that time. They still fixed the humidifier, no questions asked! Now it works again like new. Very pleased with the service.

I bought my PM906 Digital Ultrasonic Ioniser over 2 years ago but it has been very rarely in use . When I came to switch it on recently it appeared to be dead - no lights come on , no noise, nothing. As it is out of guarantee and I have exhausted my remedies ( changed the fuse !) I am faced it seems with taking it to the tip. What a waste of money and resources. Or is there a repair service?

I purchased this product 2018, it wworked really well, then the motor stopped end of 2019. Puremate paid for its return, engineers fixed the problem and returned to me free of charge in an expedited manner. Cannot fault the service received by the company and communications were equally prompt and helpful. Fantastic service.

I m so please with the foot massager and back massager. Both products r absolutely fantastic. Well worth it. Next day delivery if you order before 2pm. Free phone number to call and ask full details about the product. It was exactly what I was explained on the phone. What a pain relief in my feet and legs. Wish I knew about this long time ago. This company pays people for positive reviews. Actually their products are pretty reasonable, but this practice alone justifies a balancing negative review - and makes it hard to know which product to purchase. I suggest they stop that practice.

Really good customer service (friendly, efficient and they follow up on queries). Easy to work with and would work with them again.

I have bought a number of items from “PureMate” over the past 2yrs, and have found their customer service second to none, they also sell quality items at a very reasonable price....
