Won't let me put my billing address in. Only line allows so many but mine needs more. Not a 2nd line. Annoying as hell on a smart phone.
Secondly, im not on auto pay. I get a not so nice email saying yall attempted to collect but failed. No calls, just a not so nice email.

I should have switched a LONG time ago
I had Verizon for 15 yrs. Expensive, great cell service, but HORRIBLE customer service. I finally decided to stop supporting a company that did not value me as a customer, nor support my ideals. Switching to PureTalk was easy, there is no difference in cell service and I am now supporing AMERICANS. Oh, and did I mention I am paying literally 1/3 of what I was paying with Verizon?

The system seems to work
The system seems to work - I've just never had a 5G connection - only LTE. However, PureTalk is WAY less expensive than Google Fi and certainly all of the T-Mobile, Verizon etc. crowd.

The PureTalk customer service staff are all in the USA. They are easy to communicate with, and they are knowledgeable about the phones and services. I'm paying half for the same service from my local cable service.

Before I used to have Verizon and pay stupid money where certain areas of where I lived or commuted to didn't provide me service. With Puretalk I finally have found a phone service that provides me with service everywhere, I live the woods basically, the nearest grocery store to me is literally 45mins away. This phone provider is super good and the prices are great.

Price is outstanding! I don't like having to wait longer than usual to speak with someone in customer service, but when I finally get through they are able to resolve my concern.
