I’ve been feeding my Milo with Purrform for over 5 years and have been super happy with the efficient service and response. Only area for improvement from my perspective, would be to update the platform to make it easier to see how discount codes and points can be redeemed.

Purrform products are unique in providing raw cat food with human quality meats and in meal sized sachets, boxed & frozen. The delivery process is perfect & never late. They are prompt and proactive with any queries and quickly resolved an issue I reported with a discount code not working. I am 100% satisfied with Purrform and our cat Neve loves the food.

I’ve been a PurrForm customer for a couple of years now, and it’s not an exaggeration to say it has been life changing. I have two female Maine Coons, both 5 years old, one of whom has some intimidating intolerances and was incredibly ill for the first 3 years of her life. She flirted with death a couple of times in 2023 and I was at the end of my ability to cope. I have a great vet and after a half day in hospital, many tests and scans, it was confirmed that her gastrointestinal system was so inflamed it looked like she was full of kids party balloons (I was already working with her intolerances at this point, and didn’t know what else to try). I had been trying to get her onto raw food with no luck.

Enter PurrForm. It took a while, she isn’t a lover of change, but she ultimately took to the Duck & Turkey Premium pouch (because of course a premium range, bougie floof). She had become such a frequent flyer at my vet he was genuinely giving me a frequent visitor discount. In the summer of 2023 it was not uncommon for her to be there 2-3 times a week. Once the PurrForm bedded in toward the end of 2023… everything changed.

From 2024, she became a different cat. She had always been a skinny Maine Coon, even though she had a long and tall frame. Across 2024 she gained 2kg and had ZERO VET VISITS. In fact she has been ill ONCE in 2 years. She is absolutely huge, nudging 9kg now, but not fat, just the solid cat her frame was meant to be.

She went from a skinny, sickly animal costing me thousands, to a massive and stunning cat who is a picture of health. I went from someone suffering clinical stress and constant anticipatory grief, to someone who wasn’t. The past two years have been the most unbelievable and significant change to both my life and hers.

PurrForm changed our lives. This food is incredibly high quality, super conveniently packaged, expertly delivered and their customer service is exceptional. I cannot truly encapsulate the difference this product has made to the lives of one Maine Coon and one human. I buy 10 boxes a month, 120 a year, and it is worth every single penny.

I feed raw on a rotation, using different brands on different days, and Purrform has been consistently excellent. The range makes rotation easy and all of my cats LOVE it🐈

Quick delivery, excellent packaging and our cat loved it. So much better for their overall health and teeth than biscuits and processed wet food.

Always great quality raw food that is packaged beyond excellence. I actually buy for ferrets rather than felines and they love it. Raw diet best for ferrets but it can be difficult transitioning them from dry to raw. With this good, I have successfully moved five over, which shows a good quality food that's appreciated by them.

Having used Purrform for approximately 10 years now, I can absolutely recommend this company. The quality is consistent, they arrange delivery on time every time. There have been just two occasions in 10 years where I have had a problem (one was an incorrect order/ another was a problem with delivery). It was fixed as soon as possible, Purrform pulling out the stops to help, and me learning a lesson in not leaving everything to the last minute just in case. With the late order my cats had to try something else, this did not go down well, I tried everything but couldn’t match the meat or the quality.
I actually don’t know what I would do without Purrform. It is expensive, I don’t know anyone else who pays out what I do on a monthly basis to feed their cats, however, I guess it’s the quality and service that you are paying for which I can not fault at all

Easy to order, 450g tubs are great (less plastic waste than 'premuin' daily tins which seem about same price). Good range which our two British Blues seem to like. British made which is a distinct positive (vs. shipped in from Indonesia or somewhere). DPD next day delivery is excellent.

We'd been trying to get all of our cats over to raw but a couple are very picky - really slowly introduced Purrform alongside their usual meat and thankfully now, very happy to say, that all of them are now devouring it, clean bowls every day. Great selection to choose from, excellent customer service, products arrive well packaged, no damage and still frozen. Just wish it was cheaper, but clearly they have very expensive tastes 😼.

I have been using this for many years now for my British Shorthairs and for their kittens. I have had overall a great experience but a few issues of broken tubs where plastic has got inside and I've had to sort this out but majority of the time no issues. I feel this offers the best for my kittens and they do thrive on this. So I do highly recommend.

Top-quality product and service. My fur kids (Bengals) will only go for raw minced rabbit from Purrform. Delivery by DPD is always fantastic, polite, and punctual. Couldn’t ask for more.

The cat that loves raw food totally adores the pigeon variety. In fact although I try to give her a variety - that's the one she would happily live on for ever given the chance. This is one of the few companies that supplies pigeon raw cat food and I think it may be the only one left now. The food is good quality and smells fresh, forks over easily so I am not presenting my very fussy cat with a solid lump and every scrap gets eaten.

After trying my 2 ragdoll cats on a variety of different raw foods, I found Purrform and have been feeding them it for the past few years. They love the rabbit in the tubs and share a premium pouch in the evening. I wouldn’t feed them anything else. The quality is really good, and consistent. Both cats have beautiful coats, are healthy and love meal times. I stock up once a month, and keep one tub open in the fridge and another defrosting in the fridge, which works well so there is never a panic of not having food defrosted. I would highly recommend Purrform, as a company that provides great quality products for our beloved pets and for their customer service. They are always very responsive and friendly if I need to email about anything, and as I live near the factory, when I pick up my order.

My cat will only eat purrform and no wonder. Meat always looks and smells fresh. Customer service is also top notch, always speedy replies and any issues, if any, solved within hours.

After I got my kitties, and I started feeding them dry food or that junk from whiskas. They were always with an upset stomach, we tried many different brands and types of food. They could only eat purina one dry food. But their litter was always smelly no matter how often we’d clean it. Eventually we started trying raw food at home, a little piece of chicken here, a little piece of beef there. And they didn’t seem to mind it, and what’s best it seemed like their stomachs could keep it down. Then I remembered that one of the breeders used to l feed their cats Purrform, so we gave it a try. It was a life changer! My cats stopped having upset stomachs, their litter was no longer smelly, they even started having healthier stools and less passing. And they seemed happy with it. We haven’t looked back since. They do love the artificial flavors of junk food so every so often we add treats or something to their raw food otherwise they get tired and stop eating it. But they don’t mind it, and they’re healthy so there’s that :)

Always consistent in quality as a long established breeder of many winning pedigree show cats and fed up with all the usual cat foods on the market I’ve been using Purrform since the very beginning, the difference it made to the cats and kittens was astonishing, nice firm motions with little odour, bright eyes and soft glossy coats and the kittens love it so much especially the rabbit mince with ox heart. They always go off to their new homes with their own supply so their new owners can see for themselves the benefits of feeding Purrform going forward. We have been customers of Purrform for several years. The quality of the food is excellent - it's packed to a high standard and always arrives fully frozen through.
Our Bengal was very poorly as a kitten (he was even hospitalised), but since switching to Purrform, his digestive issues have resolved. He is bright and full of energy and has a beautifully soft coat.

Bella absolutely loved Purrform, and it kept her in good health until she passed away three years ago.

Little sister Polly used to eat it sometimes, but not all the time. But now she loves it, and wants it most of the time. Makes me happy because I know it’s so good for her, and I see the evidence in the litter tray - previous digestive system issues pretty much gone away. 😻
