We completely understand your concerns around cost, especially when feeding a large feline family like yours. Your feedback about bulk buying options, discounts for larger quantities, and free delivery thresholds is genuinely valuable and has been passed on for consideration. We know multi-cat households have very different needs, and this kind of insight really helps us shape future options.

You’re also absolutely right that no completer can be entirely “purrrfect,” and we appreciate your balanced comments on choline and omega levels. As you noted, these can be adjusted depending on individual needs, but we understand that does add to overall costs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we completely understand why the delivery cost on a smaller, trial-sized order can feel off-putting, especially for new customers.

As our food is raw and frozen, all orders must be sent on a next-day frozen delivery service. To ensure it arrives safely frozen, we use well-insulated packaging and ice sheets, which unfortunately adds to the cost. This same specialist packaging is required regardless of the size of the order.

All parcels are delivered via DPD, and the delivery charge is passed on directly and transparently to our customers. DPD charge a flat rate for parcels up to 20kg, which means the delivery cost is the same for a trial pack as it is for a much larger order. Because of this, trial packs can appear less cost-effective compared to larger orders — something we appreciate can be frustrating.

Alternatively, customers living near St Albans are welcome to collect directly from us by selecting factory pick up at checkout:

We understand how managing multiple birthday and loyalty codes can become confusing, and your suggestion of a clearer, more streamlined loyalty discount model is something we’re actively considering, along with better visibility of available codes once logged in.

On delivery, thank you for the suggestions around pricing and incentives for larger orders. We wanted to clarify that we do offer free delivery on orders over 40kg which works out at 80 tubs or 40 boxes of pouches, which many customers use to stock up — as you mention, the freezer-friendly nature of the product makes this easier. Your point about encouraging larger orders is well taken.
