I ordered and paid for printer ink June 9th. A month later it hadn't arrived, the tracking link sent to me didn't work. I inquired, they said not in stock, did I want to wait or get a refund. I waited. Nothing happened so I got back to them and they said no longer manufactured and they would refund. Despite numerous prompts they still haven't refunded 14 weeks later.

I ordered a number of goods from this company, which never arrived. Unless I could 100% prove the parcel was not delivered, they would not resend or refund, which of course I could not prove, so I was left $130 out of pocket! I ordered this privately, but sent it to a work address. My boss pushed and managed to get Qizzle to resend the parcel, however no one communicated this to me, and I went ahead and ordered the same products elsewhere. So then a parcel showed up from Qizzle with products that I now no longer needed. I sent them back for a refund, and paid an additional $10 to do so. I never got a refund, and am now $140 out of pocket! Very appalled at the lack of care, lack of service and lack of communication. I would not ever use this company again and warn all to be very wary.

Genuinely very impressed with their service. I wasn't very organised and ordered my children's stationery really late and in my head was getting ready to apologise for the teachers for them not having any for the first few days of school.
But I didn't need to worry! The order arrived the very next day, and I had the weekend to get it all sorted and organised for my kids on Monday morning. I was astounded, so I went onto their website's chat to express my gratitude, and I got a response within 30 seconds, which I also couldn't believe! Thank you Qizzle.

Absolutely avoid using the company. There are alternatives available to you.
have made two purchases from them - first purchase they sent me a product from 2018 (which they had obviously purchased from a closing down sale or similar, and was not as advertised, nor did it even work) they were obviously aware of these issues as they never even asked for the product back so it ended up in the bin, second purchase was for school items, items never arrived, despite being told they had been sent, transpired was never sent. Do yourself a favour and just avoid, buy products from any number of alternatives.

Be very, very careful. They seem to be very money hungry. They make up fake vouchers and when you use those vouchers, they won't honor them. When you go back to them 2 - 3 weeks later asking for a tracking number, they ask for more money in order to release your goods.

They used to be good but perhaps they're under new management. Seriously, be careful or just avoid them all together.
