The service was very personal. It was easy to arrange an appointment and Paul was very knowledgeable and informative and helped us make excellent decisions on jewellery design . Delivery was also quick and efficient. Will certainly highly recommend quality diamonds and will continue to use them for any other personal purchases .

Paul and Amber at Quality Diamonds helped me to design an engagement ring for my fiancé. Paul was amazing at giving all the facts and information to choose the best diamond, and was always available to contact for further questions. Amber helped with the design process and kept me in the loop about decisions and ensured I was happy with the CAD imaging before the ring was made. They managed to turn the ring around very quickly as we had a pretty tight timeline. I would definitely recommend Quality Diamonds for designing your engagement ring. We will definitely be going back to get our wedding bands from them!
