We really enjoy living at Repton Gardens. The flats and amenities make it such a great place to call home. On top of that, Janet at the reception is the mvp! She’s always in such a good mood and so helpful whenever we need anything. Anytime we’ve had an issue she goes above and beyond to make sure it’s resolved quickly and smoothly. It makes such a difference having someone so kind and reliable here and we really appreciate everything she does x

It is an excellent and remarkably safe place to reside in London. The teams are friendly and helpful, and Ken, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful.

Janet is very helpful and alway willing to go the extra mile, happy and cheerful and very caring.

I have to be thankful for Kulsum who helped my auntie, with her shopping bags at the Lansby walkway. I know it's not her job to do so, but it was such a kind gesture.

Great building and friendly staff. always a pleasure to visit the Robinson and chat to Ken.

I have had such a positive experience living here for over 2 years. The building has everything you need to live comfortably, accessing most necessities within the building itself (or close proximity).
The residential team are always quick to respond to maintenance requests and always keep the building clean, safe and welcoming. One of the things I really appreciate is how they always greet everyone with warm "Good morning " or "Have a nice day ". It might seem like a small thing, but it really makes a big difference and adds a personal touch to everyday interactions.
All this truly create a great living environment.

I live in Landsby West block and the atmosphere is made more very friendly and welcoming by the cool guy at the reception desk called Milton. Every one is greeted always with a smile and I always drop by to have a nice chat with him. He ia always ready to help and is a wicked sense of humor. We need more staff like m!

We love living at Ferrum! The apartment is nice and very well decorated. Amenities are great! Everything is clean and very well kept. We had a couple of maintenance issues when we moved in which were all dealt with super fast.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The facilities are great, spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. I was having issues with booking a family member into the car park but this matter was handled swiftly and efficiently by Kulsum who was very helpful and was able to resolve this matter. Would recommend to anyone visiting or looking for a place to rent.

Milton help me to kill the spider in my room and he was very helpful

Just coming upto the end of our first year at Landsby East.

We were relocating from the Caribbean and Adrian in the leasing team could not have been more helpful, a credit to the team and Company.

All dealings with maintenence , concierge etc have been top class.
