Ordered a tennis racket, badminton racket and 2 covers for our tennis rackets. Products were in great condition. Order arrived quick. Ordered on Thursday evening and arrived Monday. Will be returning when needed.

Ordered two rackets, both arrived damaged. Had to pay for return postage out of pocket which their website says will be refunded but they have stopped responding to emails

I was very happy with my experience of purchasing from Racketworld. Needing to change my order half way through the process and at a very busy time, Jo was extremely helpful and facilitated the whole thing. Correct order arrived, packaged very well. Only slight glitch was Royal Mail was not next day delivery.....a day late...

Everything went well but I missed a lot of small things that would make this experience great. Like real information that detail what the title is about. And a real 48 hours shipping. And a basic cover for the racket. And a website that doesn't look unfinished.

Purchased a Padel racket 3 weeks ago, parcel was not delivered. When I queried this I was advised they would check with dpd and come back to me with an update within 48 hours. I received no update, I have sent numerous emails since and have had no reply at all. Just been simply ignored and I have now spent Nearly £200.00.

Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
