Decent website but an absolute nightmare to return anything. I wouldn't recommend, just buy the same brands online and if you have any issues, you'll be able to return items hassle free

I ordered two heart shaped Wilson dampeners and they mailed me two random dampeners which I do not want. Requesting for a refund!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The advert shows a mix of dampeners and states that a random dampener will be sent depending on availability. I cant see any notes on your order requesting heart dampeners but we can certainly swap these for you if you reach out to us and arrange an exchange or a refund if no longer required.

Everything went well but I missed a lot of small things that would make this experience great. Like real information that detail what the title is about. And a real 48 hours shipping. And a basic cover for the racket. And a website that doesn't look unfinished.

Order not received! Terrible please avoid
Purchased a Padel racket 3 weeks ago, parcel was not delivered. When I queried this I was advised they would check with dpd and come back to me with an update within 48 hours. I received no update, I have sent numerous emails since and have had no reply at all. Just been simply ignored and I have now spent Nearly £200.00.
Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
