I would rate zero stars but not an option. The website is not clear when ordering. We placed an order and it would not go through and were advised to replace order which we did and despite emailing to confirm that we did not want two of the order. Two were sent. Emailed to advise return. Order returned and despite emailing twice for an update on re crediting my bank account no refund or response to emails have been received. So now £80+ plus out of pocket and will be contacting trading standards

I had a good experience with Radio-Controlled.com. I was looking for a RC model appropriate for my 9 year old nephew and contacted customer support asking for advice. After a few emails back and forth over the course of a day and reviewing the suggested models, I made my purchase. The RC car arrived within 48hrs and I wrapped it ready for my nephews birthday.

Took a chance on this company.
First of all paid for 48hr service and took over a week.
Secondly items body was damaged.
Thirdly they sent wrong colour just to get it out the door.
Finally Also part broken on wheel.
I emailed pictures to Mike within 5 minutes of receiving and got no reply from him.
Then emailed customer services and got a reply stating items all used and tyres muddy so I have to buy a spare part THAT ARRIVED BROKEN.
I am starting a dispute now and can only recommend that you do NOT take the chance on this company as I feel you would be let down and left out of pocket.
If anything changes I will update but I’m not hopeful.

UPDATE:
I was offered the chance to return the purposely wrong coloured car they sent (which means they DONT actually check items before going out or they would have seen wrong colour, you’re caught out there).
Secondly the first pictures of Dante to body and paint INSIDE VEHICLE was sent within 5 minors of receiving it and opening it. I have proof of emails with times sent to Mike and had no reply.
The tyres were muddy as I put tyres on it from my Traxxas which is when I noticed it broken. I also proceeded to change tyres anyway as I thought company would send out the £6 part as they should have.
Do NOT be taken in by replies from this company, they are trying to be clever but they are not.
I have ALL emails sent and received along with dates and times which I can also relate to the delivery time by Dpd which I have proof of too.

Great product and prompt delivery.

Ordered a car with two extra batteries from them back in July received the car as expected and batteries.

Car worked flawlessly but the two batteries that arrived with the car were faulty and only 1200mAh the listing didn't mention what capacity they would be but i expected them to be equal to the 1500mAh one that came with the car originally!

Contacted the seller who advised me that their batteries although lower capacity are "Higher Quality" they asked me to send a video for proof of the issue (car would slow down after less than a minute of using their branded batteries).

Provided the video and was asked to return the batteries after august 12th as they were on holiday.

Returned the batteries as asked and then never heard from them again! emailed them multiple times asking for new batteries or a refund for the batteries and still no reply.

Ordered two new batteries from Bangood waited a few weeks for them to come from China and they worked flawlessly plus way higher capacity than the original (2200mAh).

Ended up doing a paypal claim and they still refused to even respond to paypal so ended up getting my refund that way!

Will never touch this company again absolutely appauling service

Easy site to use, quick delivery and they didn't use evri or hermes.

A lot cheaper than other online stores and dispatched quickly.

We ordered a car with an additional battery. The additional battery wasn't delivered with the car. I've now emailed the company three times to report that the battery wasn't delivered, and ask for a new one to be dispatched - but have not recieved a reply. Terrible customer service - they take your money for a product, don't dispatch it, and then go silent. Please save yourself trouble and don't order from them!

Wanted to try a Rlaarlo Omni Terminator and this was the only UK supplier.
I ordered late night and the next morning I was contacted to be informed that I would have to wait for a shipment from China.
Only waited 5 working days so it was very quick and easy to get something from China.
Customer service was top notch kept up to date with the delivery.
I would definitely use again.
The car is very impressive for the price. I got the Omni Terminator Carbon. It is very well specced for the price, handles well and is fast enough for me.
Great little car for carrying around and pulling out when needed!
Definitely worth the money!
Only issues were loose pinion and the front wheels were not straight, easy fixes.
The only negative was the fact that the Royal Mail kept it for 2 days before dispatching!
Otherwise it would have been with me even quicker!

Good apart from battery not coming with my car

Everything came with the box, controller tools and instructions was clear. There is a handle with codes for upgraded parts so really happy

Handy with being in the uk.but a lot more expensive than the other online shops that sell rc cars.but i will be using them again for rc car parts.

My initial experience with delivery wasn’t great, seems this is down to some customs issue, package was returned from Irish customs with no reason given, delivery company was also unaware as to why
