Great service and a very wide range of parts available

Very poor customer service.
Ordered a few parts and a pinion listed as an "upgrade" that simply doesn't fit. This company then turned around and blamed it on my despite them being the ones who advertised the product wrong.

As a result of the cheek, I left a bad review and got a snippy response so I fired back. They blocked me from Facebook due to leaving a bad review and claim they can no longer take orders from me.

Poor customer service, never see the likes.

Will happily provide proof if anyone wants.

Excellent service, products and help even when there has been an item with a slight defect (nothing horrendous!, more me being fussy 😂).

Was my first foray into rc cars as I watched dozens of videos tempting me to chase 100mph plus cars without putting my driving license at risk. I came across serious rc and from beginning to end they have been amazing to deal with, every chat is responded upon almost immediately and I had an issue with a product which was due to a manufacturing defect and serious rc have been nothing but reassuring to deal with and have not once left me stranded alone and have always worked up a satisfying resolution with me. They have a huge inventory of parts aswell therefore I will continue using them for my current vehicle and will also purchase any new vehicles from them as they are a delight to work with and have the best prices I have seen for what’s offered not to mention rapid next day delivery. Keep it up guys you’re doing great 👍
