I do believe when an elderly person is investing a monthly subscription to the company, a visit to that person's house instead of doing an online introduction is not acceptable.
We also had a date and time for our call and the agent had forgotten. I had taken time out of work to be there with my mother

There was a mixup with the information on my watch,but it was sorted out immediately when I contacted them. Also they are very quick to answer the phone if you need them.

I found the order process straightforward. Delivery of the alarm watch was prompt. It came with easy to understand instructions. My father was able to carry out the test call without difficulty.
