Very helpful and professional

I sold a couple of my watches yesterday at the Burnley Branch. The Burnley Branch Manager Jo and Gareth from the Watch Department were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The process of selling my watches was very thorough and everything was explained to me throughout by Jo. A very impressive front window display too. Popped into Ramsdens The Nook in South Shields to exchange currency, was dealt with by Christine and Michelle. Lovely girls! efficient and helpful!

MICHELLE has helped me twice with selling family jewellery since my Mother's death. She has a good knowledge of the subject, and she is friendly. Michelle also kindly listened to my stories of pieces of the jewellery 😊
I cannot recommend the shop and Michelle enough from my 3 visits.

Called into ramsdens on Chester road Sunderland today to purchase a ring I saw the last time I was in. I was served by the lovely Sandra who was very warm and friendly. Sandra had brilliant customer service skills and made the process of purchasing the ring effortless. Wonderful lady! Thank you Sanrda.

Visited Ramsdens The Nook South Shields and was looked after by Helen in purchasing Euros, Helen was friendly, efficient and most helpful. was cheerful throughout my visit and her paperwork was accurate and easy to understand. Thanks George.

I visited the Halifax Branch, was seen to by Mariam Bi, who was very helpful in helping my query of initially getting a quote of what I could get talked me through the process at the start & through out kept me updated whilst checking the jewellery so she can offer me a final price. Once my initial transaction was complete of what I went in for, she informed me about the other services they offer. The currency exchange which is very useful information, as I will definitely be returning next month when I’m going to Germany if it wasn’t mentioned, I wouldn’t have thought twice about getting my currency exchange from here & the rates looked better than other places. Will be back again if needed with such good communication & customer service skills.

Wonderful experience dealing with Deborah on a loan against a diamond. Very accomodating, she went above and beyond assisting with collection of the diamond from me, and funds were in my account the following day. Thank you.

I recently visited the Stirling store because I had some jewellery that I never wear and wanted to see how much I could get. When I arrived around lunchtime, the shop was busy, but Kiera remained calm and took the time to address my inquiry. She examined all my items and provided an initial offer, but mentioned that they would need to check some things further. I told her I was heading home soon, and she assured me she would call me once everything was ready.

True to her word, Kiera called me, and I said I would come in shortly. When I arrived, both Kiera and the manager were efficiently handling the processing of my items. They worked quickly and effectively, displaying professionalism, friendliness, and consideration throughout the entire process. I received excellent service and am delighted with the amount I received. Thank you!

We went into the Blackpool branch looking to buy a ring. As we walked in Lisa a lady who works there greeted us with an hello and smile. We had seen a ring in the window when it came to trying on it didn't fit. That did not stop Lisa she went to look for another ring in my size out she came with a ring didn't fit them proceeded to go in the back looking nothing. Eventually Lisa came back with ring which fit and didn't cost the earth. I will go back anyday the service was outstanding thank you Lisa

I've been forced to use this company due to my circumstances and was desperate to get my items returned before they disappeared for ever.
I rang the staff who were extremely helpful and went to the shop to repay the debt I owe. However I had not thought about bringing the paperwork with me so was advised that as well as paying a vast amount of interest I've also got to pay an further £5 to have the items returned!
I'm not paying that ! How dare they charge me more after all the money they've already made from a person in a vulnerable situation so I repaid the bulk and have to return next week with the paperwork to try to reduce my debt. However still not satisfied I've to pay 70p daily, more charges, and it's a flaming 2 day Easter holiday! What can I say ? This firm must be run by people who like to devour your last pound of flesh and let's hope that whatever lifestyle it's funding the luxury yatch they use at weekends doesn't spring a leak because I'd hate to see it sink without trace .......
YOU can write as many patronising replies as you want, this so called Company is run by nothing but a set of robbers. Thank you .
