BUYER BEWARE
Avoid these cowboys at all costs .Purchased a car from this dealership which had a faulty gearbox and several other issues within days of purchase I had 2 independent inspections done to confirm issues.They refused to help and I was abused and intimidated by salesman .I reported them to Trading Standards because car was so bad and their attitude towards me .It took over Year to resolve finance company ended up taking car back because garage still refused to help

I Bought this car on the 18th of October...
This company is an absolute joke don’t buy a car from them. I bought this and discovered that this car had been in a crash and we didn’t get told this when viewing the car even though I hpi checked it. Also after 7 days of having the car the clutch has gone on it. The window screen also was fitted poorly to the point that it moves. The stereo doesn’t work fully either and it has a oil leak too. Due to the consumer rights 2015 you have 30 days to take a car back in which this company are refusing to give me a refund and told me they’d see me in court. There attitude and customer care is appalling.
PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE scammers !!!!!!!!!!

Dont bother with this company untrustworthy, sold me a car was suppose to have full mot on purchase as there website states, I was told the mot was done they day before I picked it up, I drove 2 hours home an double checked and there was no mot, so I had to take it in for one, costing me a days pay as I couldn't go to work, I also paid for a new timing belt and water pump to be fitted, but now I have concerns wether they have actually done it, I tried emailing them numerous times but no response, go with another company. And also the cars are not valleted properly as stated on there website,

Bought an Audi A5 from them, and there has been nothing but problems with it, the brakes pads down to bare metal, headlight fixture broken, bumper bolt replaced with a wood screw, one bolt replaced with a cable tie, tried to get hold of them to speak about it and they don’t want to know, I for one will not be buying from here again!!!

The Car was sold with the defects(10390£ Volvo XC60), powered tailgate did not worked as it supposed to be. I was told this how it should work. Warranty was 3 months but with a third party which denied any help.The few garages I asked to help out they refused to deal with that company (M...tum).The dealer refused to give at least some partial refund or to fix the problem. Total cost was 580£ parts +170£ labour.
Sad and disappointed.

Thank you very much indeed I have been looking for a BMW 5 series for some time and came across theses guys , all I can say is that it was an excellent experience from start to finish . Thank you Lee for taking the time and your patience in what was a painless experience .would highly recommend
