Have no stock of any of the items even though they allow you to buy them online and only after waiting 6 weeks and chasing them they openly admitted that they don't know when the stock will be in saying it could be 2 weeks or it could be 2 months.

I have just received my first order…
I have just received my first order from Jolly Rascals and my daughter loves her new clothes.
I paid for next day delivery as we needed them for an event and they did arrive the next day as promised.
Customer service was brill, informing me that my order had been dispatched and tracking it for me via DPD, emailing with updates.

Placed an order, waited a few weeks only to receive an email to say the order has been cancelled. At the very least I would have expected a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill.

Ordered several items. Then received an email 2 weeks later to say most of the items were out of stock. Sent me a voucher as a gesture of good will, used it and spent another £40. Again everything out of stock. No response and no refund. Shocking
