unprofessional and harassing driver instructor…
I recently took driving lessons with Jimmy at Rated driving school, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, the instructor's behavior was unprofessional and, at times, even harassing.
During the lesson, Jimmy repeatedly made inappropriate comments and touched my leg, creating a hostile learning environment. Instead of offering constructive feedback, they were often rude and sneaky, making it difficult for me to concentrate and learn effectively. Their behavior not only hindered my progress but also made the lessons extremely stressful and uncomfortable.
I believe driving instructors should provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to help learners build confidence on the road. Unfortunately, your instructor failed to meet these expectations. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a positive and respectful driving lesson experience.

We have also made you aware that you have the option to escalate your complaint to the DVSA, the governing body for driving instructors, should you wish to do so. Additionally, we have processed a refund for your remaining lesson hours.

Very good experience
Rated driving connected me with a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor that I’ve been going on lessons with for a while now. Payment and scheduling has also been easy through the App. Everything has been going smoothly, definitely would recommend!

Registered and had no response or replies, after 48hrs Rated Driving automatically. Just delete your account so as not to damage there reputation. They claim a lot but deliver very little. I've re-registered but expect the same thing to happen in 48hrs.

While the we aim for 48 hours to get learners connected with an instructor, there are scenarios such as your availability, test date (if you have one booked) which are all variables that can influence you being accepted or not, however we will of course do our best for you, that goes without saying.

Passed first time!!
Needed an instructor quickly and was allocated one within 2 days and started lessons straight away and instructor had many available days for lessons. Passed my test first time with only 3 minors. Would highly recommend.
