very easy and quick and prompt service

I was pleased with the pre and post order experience. Furthermore the product I ordered did work better than originally expected, as I was assured that it would.

Couple of IT gripes: After ordering on-line, I never received any email acknowledgment of the order/reference number as promised at the end. Also when I used the on-line form to make an initial enquiry, I never received a response. Used email to make same query and support was good.

I got a great service from RGB logic. I telephoned them to ask a couple of questions about a product I was thinking of purchasing, and they were very helpful, friendly and clear about the product I was interested in. I bought the product a bit late in the day so I missed that day's pickup for next day delivery, and they even sent me an email to apologise. I got the product the day after. It was still a fast and solid service. All round I'm very happy and I'd definitely buy from them again.

I purchased DaVinci resolve studio. Received the physical license in 2 days and they sent a photo of the license on the same day of purchase by email so that I could use the license straight away.

Product took ages to arrive. I chased them up and they informed me that their had been a problem, they didn't think to inform me their customer. They said that they sent an email with a serial code on which I never received. I then asked for a download link and they never responded.
First and last time I shall use RCB.
They also refuse to accept my feedback, with no apology, which is fair enough, but they will never improve their customer service if they don't take on board the customers experience.
