We're really happy with the service provided by Keiran and his team. It's our first experience remortgaging so we didn't know what to expect and had a lot of questions and he made the process so straightforward and kept us updated all the time about the application. There are no words to really explain how outstanding the service was, Hayley treats you like a friend and doesn’t just deal with the mortgage, she got involved throughout the whole process. She listened to me venting when I was frustrated with the conveyamcing process and helped moved things along. She was easy to get hold of and nothing was ever too much trouble, which is rare these days. It was lovely to work with someone who has the same high expectations as yourself. I honestly don’t know how she put up with us 🤪 but she did and we will be eternally grateful for all her hard work, support and care. I don’t think I would have stayed sane if it wasn’t for Hayley.

Hayley also has good relations with estate agents and solicitors which helps move the process along which is a huge benefit.

Keiran has been absolutely brilliant throughout. I’ve just bought my first home alone after years of renting and had absolutely no clue about anything to do with buying a house! At times I felt so overwhelmed and it all felt very heavy. Keiran has helped so much with all my stresses and worries, he’s extremely knowledgable and has explained each step of the process to me in its entirety so I knew exactly what to expect. Keiran Leeder is the best in the business. I was introduced to Kerian by a close friend. I explained to Keiran that I wanted a difficult remortgage. He took the time to go through a complex but some what straight forward chase. This did not turn out to be the chase, and the process became more difficult than expected - not Kerian's fault. Kerian had to put in a lot more work than originally expected. Including going through the approval process twice. Even though he probably could have thrown the towel in twice, he stuck with me. In the end, I ended up with the deal that I wanted. Thanks for your efforts, Keiran and I look forward to my next remortgage. I will personally recommend Keiran to those whom I know who need advice.
