With Windows 10 being unsupported in a few months time, my Dell PC, which still does everything I want it to do, is now destined for the bin. Thanks, Microsoft.
I bought a newer (refurbished) model to replace it, for what I consider to be a good price. It arrived quicker than I expected, packed in a cushioned sleeve in a sturdy box. Being an ex-business machine it didn't have a wi-fi card so I had to transplant the one from my old machine, but after I powered up and went through the interminable setup routine it worked perfectly.
I've only given four stars because while the advert claimed "Grade A" condition, which I consider to mean "Excellent", it did have some scratches on the top of the case, including a chip through the paint to the base metal. I believe "Grade B (Good)" would have been more appropriate. C'est la vie!

I purchased a refurbished laptop which was delivered in brilliant condition and works without fault. Communication from Oliver (MD) was absolutely awesome as he expedited delivery for me which meant I was able to onboard a new staff member quickly.

If you’re planning to purchase from them just think twice because you gonna regret your action. I never read reviews before purchasing and I end up regretting and the bad part is they know they’re selling bad laptops to people to make money. This people are scammers in disguise tbh. Got 2 laptops and they’re all craps and they don’t do refunds back.

disgusting scam, sent me a laptop that had the hardware tampered with which made it unbearably slow, unable to use even google.

figured i would buy from here since they offered warranties but when i requested one they asked me for some items that i had never received when the laptop initially arrived.

Laptop faulty, not collected for repair on arranged date. Still not heard back of when it will be collected!

Bought a Dell 5530 Precision, Oliver was professional and informative (I asked a lot of questions before making the purchase) and most were replied to promptly. Only reason I've give 4 stars is there was a slight discrepancy in the spec that was advertised to what I may have got, but Oliver made sure the correct spec was sent. Thanks for your help and support, would recommend and would use again.

There was a problem with my purchase. They acknowledged it immediately, and arranged for the item to be collected by a courier and a full refund. They make a success out of a problem.
