Trustpilot Review: RedCasino is full of a bunch of absolute CROOKS that will suspend your account under the guise of ''helping you'' with a so-called ''self''-exclusion, but they will just do this as an excuse to lock you out of your account that's full of your funds. With no access to your funds, these funds have effectively been STOLEN. The moment they deprive you of access to your funds, they cease responding to any and all communications. They just stole close to £100 from me in this manner, and I am about to seek assistance from IBAS / Gambling Comission / resolver tool, because there's no way in hell that these thieves will ever do what's right of their own accord. STAY AWAY if you don't want your hard earned money STOLEN by these deceptive THIEVES. I would give this website 0 stars if i could. I repeat: STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Been a member for about a year had no issues till the other day when I hit a scatter bonus round and game crashed. Tried again a few days later let me continue my bonus round but kept crashing. Contacted live chat left me waiting 45 mins without getting thru and in the last message I left said “if you can’t sort out this mess I you can close my account.” Well this morning they closed the account so they’re obviously not able to rectify what ever bugs there were in the system. Never got to finish my bonus round.

Won't process my withdrawal

Deposited money on 24/1. Unable to play due a loss limit in place on one of their sister sites, which is fair enough, as such attempted to withdraw. It took them nearly a week to request documentation (copies of cards and proof of Paypay account), which i have provided but withdrawal still not processed 5 days later. Live Chat can't help and had no response to email. I just want my money back, its not as if they are even paying out any winnings. Very disappointed as did enjoy using the site until now.
EDIT - a further week later and still no news. My emails and contact attempts have neen ignored. I am now at the point that i want to close my account with them. I will have to look at registering a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

They steal your money, don’t pay out. You’ve to show them all this proof for nothing, they can’t show you proof back they’ve submitted the money because it’s all lies! stay away unless you want your money stolen! All you will get is excuses and “delays”.

Covered JUST zero for 250 spins it landed next door 32 and 26 which are either side of zero, 97 times, So covered 26 and 32 instead it gave 5 zeros in a row. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Withdrawals have been stuck on pending for 17 days now! It says on the site it will be between instant to 2 days. Lies.

Avoid this casino, they take your money in seconds but don't pay out... its been two weeks now its ridiculous.

I'm so happy I stopped depositing when I did. I deposited £125 in one night and luckily thought I'd wait to see how long a withdrawal takes before adding any more!

I'll keep updating until I get my payment, contemplating reporting to the gambling commission too as I've been advised to do.

Live chat is useless, couldn't speak to a human after multiple attempts.

Update: after 11 days of pending withdrawals the chat bot finally said I need to provide identification. This is against the Gambling Commision rules that state all casinos should ask for ID BEFORE any gambling takes place. Asking for ID only when requesting a withdrawal is against the rules and they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action.
I will be happy to take this further if need be.
Final update: finally got paid after 17 days... seemingly only putting my account into time out made them trigger a payment. Definitely avoid this dodgy site, there are much more pleasant experiences to be had elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

There is a charge to make deposit, then also to make a withdrawal (£20 in my case). Once I asked for withdrawal they closed my account (without permission) and I still have approximately 1000 with them, which I can't access and customer support says someone is looking into it. It has been over 2 weeks now since requesting the refund and I feel like it's lost. I will keep trying and complaining. Disgusting company

I won a biggish amount then all sudden I have to provide verffication documents ok simple enough I think , 3 days later I’ve uploaded all ask for still not good enough the want me to provide a screenshot of PayPal account which is closed so I rang PayPal got a statement they won’t accept that is excuse after excuse , also they still let me deposit while this was being reviewed (before I knew issue with verification ) which I don’t agree with didn’t really like this site and had no issues before but I would be afraid to use again now

New on Red, I have tried to withdraw my gains. The day after, it was impossible to connect to the site. I was asked to give an authorization code that I have never received. I have no access to customer service anymore... Let's wait if I get my gains!
